1,000 rooms on 7 floors in 3 buildings with 3 lifts, decorated in an 'island chic' style. All with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, on demand movies*, complimentary WiFi access, iHome clock radio with iPod docking station, coffee maker, mini-fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, bathroom amenities, and hairdryer. Nightly turn-down service on-request. 

Standard Rooms are 335 sq ft and have 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Waterview Rooms are 335 sq ft and have views of the lagoon pool or waterways, with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people. 

King Suites are 670 sq ft and have a separate living area with pull out sofa bed, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Royal Club Level Rooms are 335 sq ft and include exclusive club benefits (listed below), with 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 people.

Jurassic World Kid's Suites are 670 sq ft and are 2-bedroom themed suites, with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, and twin beds in the second bedroom, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Great hotel. Staying here gives you fast pass access to most of the rides in the park (except Hagrid) and rooms and well appointed and comfy. Great hotel. Staying here gives you fast pass access to most of the rides in the park (except Hagrid) and rooms and well appointed and comfy. Transport to both theme parks is via the little boat to city walk. It’s not the cheapest place to stay but in my opinion you get great value for money. Staff were super helpful. On check in I asked for a quiet room with a bath tub and Kellie got us the perfect room for us 3236 right at the end of the hall. Unfortunately I tested positive for Covid whilst here but the hotel were great. Samuel did all he could to make us comfortable and made what could have been a stressful stay as simple as it could be. This was our third time staying at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort and will definitely be back. The resort is beautiful, staff is excellent (especially Kellie F)the food is great and the convenience to the parks (water taxi) is perfect!

Valet wrecked my car parking it and were very rude. It’s been over a week and no one has called us back after they said they were investigating the situation. We spent so much of our vacation trying to sort this issue out.

Years ago we enjoyed Royal Pacific and their activities for children. Now there were no activities and too cold to swim and the bar by the pool closed at 8 and the kids swam after dinner to 10 . The TV had no ffee chanels to watch worth watching must pay A$26.00 for a Chanel unreal. even Hampton has free HBO etc. The room next too us was noisy and… Read more

The hotel is great, a little dated in some places but very clean, everything you need in the room and the pool area is lovely. However, the cost of hotel stay was pre paid via Booking.com, when I checked in they take card details for any additional cost, no issues, but the hotel have charged me double they take a daily payment for the cost of the room plus £500 when you check in….. I tried sorting it out with reception last night as I check out today and they were very unhelpful, just kept repeating this is our policy and it can take 3 weeks to be refunded, due to me living in the UK!!! Wouldn’t stay here again for that reason, be very careful when checking in they do not explain this. It’s really spoilt my last night. Read less
