Great Stay at Disney

Great hotel! The beds were very comfy and the room very clean. Note, the rooms are small, so when the second bed is pulled down it's tight maneuvering. We were in the Jazz section right by the quiet pool which we loved. If you have stayed at All Star Movies or Sports, its worth noting that Music is a bit more spread out, so the walk from room to…

We were in the Jazz section right by the quiet pool which we loved. If you have stayed at All Star Movies or Sports, its worth noting that Music is a bit more spread out, so the walk from room to the lobby is noticably farther. Only real issue we had were very noisy neighbors that left us unable to sleep. Disney was awesome and moved us the very next morning.

Nothing Special, Nothing Bad

This is a budget hotel and as long as you expect that, you shouldn't be disappointed (I've stayed in many of the budget/moderate Disney hotels). Overall, my stay fell into my expectations. This is a budget hotel and as long as you expect that, you shouldn't be disappointed (I've stayed in many of the budget/moderate Disney hotels). Overall, my stay fell into my expectations. One issue I did encounter was with housekeeping. They are supposed to clean your room every other day but nobody showed up to clean my room when they were supposed to. I had to call the front desk and somebody did eventually come by to clean my room late in the afternoon. The other thing was during check-in. They were able to get us in our room upon arrival that morning, but the check-in agent obviously did not go to the Disney customer service class but that seems to be the trend at Disney now. Buses were always on time and plentiful. The food court was typical fare, nothing great, nothing bad. The pools were clean and had a lifeguard on duty. Again, I knew this was a Disney budget hotel so overall, I would recommend staying here as long as you aren't expecting anything lavish.

Terrible

I understand this is a budget hotel within the Disney range, and it’s clear that it won't offer the same services as a luxurious hotel. However, the entire experience was very poor. The basic rooms barely remind you that you're in a Disney hotel. The distance from the lobby to the rooms is vast and uncovered. If it rains, you’re out of luck. The…

The cleaning service is terrible; it’s only done on certain days of your stay. My son got sick on the first day and vomited on a sheet. I went to the reception and asked for the sheet to be changed. Even though it wasn’t a cleaning day, they confirmed they would change it. They didn’t, not even the next day (which was a cleaning day). I had to go to the reception again before they paid any attention and resolved the issue.
The hotel is far from everything. You’re dependent on the hotel’s food and services, which are awful. I ate chicken that must have been reheated all day. The few positives do not make up for the terrible experience. Getting into the park thirty minutes early doesn't make much difference, and the transportation to the parks is insufficient and crowded during peak times.
In summary, I don’t recommend it. I’ve traveled to Orlando more than ten times, staying in various hotels from luxurious to simple. This was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. It’s almost like a Super 8 or Motel 6, with slightly better services, but just barely.

Nice stay
Sep 25, 2024Romer88Windsor, Canada
We had a nice stay here for 6 nights. Our room was perfect for the two of us, very clean, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was large and very clean as well. Loved the shelves for all our toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. We checked in with no problem, the receptionist was very efficient and welcoming. We would stay here again.
Hotel is great. Reception management lacked customer service.

I love Disney. We go every year. You can’t go wrong with an All Stars hotel and this hotel does not disappoint. A bit quieter than sports which was nice. Rooms clean. Buses regular. All great except the reception management. They never actually replied to my issue. Kept calling me to the front desk . Taking holiday time but never with any suitable…

I love Disney. We go every year. You can’t go wrong with an All Stars hotel and this hotel does not disappoint. A bit quieter than sports which was nice. Rooms clean. Buses regular. All great except the reception management. They never actually replied to my issue. Kept calling me to the front desk . Taking holiday time but never with any suitable solution or an outcome to the call they were having listened to. I felt like I was being called a liar. Stuck a few crispy treats in my room at checkout which didn’t help as I just wanted a reply to my actual issue I highlighted on check in day. Over a month later and no one has yet come back to me.
