Kids loved it! - 2-bedroom villa layout was great for our family of 6 Cons: - the room was EXTREMELY outdated and in need of desperate refurbishment. If this were a Marriott, I’d be disappointed. When paying $10,000+ for a week, Disney needs to be better - this property is very far from anything Overall, great trip but we will be staying elsewhere next time (Boardwalk or Bay Lake) Read less

Third timing staying at Kidani Village. Such a wonderful experience again. Room comfortable and well looked after. Kids (5 and 2) loved the arcade and community rooms, as well as the wonderful pool. Visited Sanna restaurant for the second time. First time was so much better. I had arranged to meet friends, from overseas, here but I am quite disappointed to be honest. Especially as I recommended it. Was under construction so couldn’t get out to the central viewing platform. No notification given of this. The Disney Dining plan has changed and you can no longer get the breads. We are not big eaters so no point paying extra. I was not allowed to swap a dessert for a starter, again this is a difference with dining plan. However, there was a child with us and they were not very accommodating re desserts here either. Waiter was not accommodating with alcoholic drinks either, in terms of our dining plan when every other restaurant we have been to have been. We were asked what we wanted for Fraser before we even tasted it dinner. We were also asked if we wanted it boxed. How can you know, when you’ve not even eaten a main course yet? Marco the waiter also cleared plates as people finished, not once everyone had finished. I find this quite rude to be honest. Food was good however. Waited ages on the restroom on 1st floor where there was a clear sign saying more restrooms on floor one. I checked with the girl who said “oh that will be downstairs” Not friendly at all. I’d spoken to her about the fact that the viewing platform was closed. She didn’t have much to say about it except it was happening all week. I would not go back I’m afraid. Really disappointed.
