This is a great resort. Shuttle service to the parks was easy and seemless. The staff are incredible. Plan to walk a good amount if your not in the main hotel. Good food selections, clean rooms. Overall, we loved our stay at this Disney Resort. Would come back again.

So we went with Coronado Springs it is in their moderate resort category. We chose there because of the multiple dining choices. The room was nice, clean and quiet. We Where very close to buss station 4 and there was one of the smaller pools (there's a few Dif. pools on the prop] If you are planning a stay at Coronado Springs and not staying in The Tower I would definitely request a room close to a buss station. My wife and I overall liked the stay here. The only real downside which lets face it, its Disney you're gonna walk. If you're staying here and not near the lobby or a buss stop you're going to walk a little more. The multiple resteraunt choices here are a plus. The multiple pools and activities are also great. There are outdoor smoking sections near each building. The gift shop was your average Disney shop. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a good moderate choice at Disney World........Mike B. Read less

The property is pretty, the customer service is average. For the price you pay the service needs improvements. Upon arrival, the cast members were welcoming and attentive. They were informed and gave great direction. After that..:eh. We checked in on a Monday. We checked out on Friday. Despite our numerous requests to get our room cleaned, we never got our room cleaned. We had to request fresh towels from housekeeping every other day. My husband is in federal law enforcement and Disney policy is to place your firearm in the safety deposit box while on any Disney property. We were completely fine with that because he was the only person who had access to the key. However, despite him making a reservation, for a lack of better words, each time he needed to get his service weapon and being told someone would be available, they were never available and we always had to wait an extensive time. Upon check-out, we scheduled an Uber and fortunately our driver was so amazing and waited the 20 minutes it took front desk to get everyone available for my husband to retrieve his service weapon. The restaurants were okay as far as variety/selection and quality. This all could be upgraded as well. Personally, I would think twice about staying here when we come back and would definitely try another resort before staying here again. Read less

Checked in on the mobile app days ago. Check in time supposed to be at 3:00. It's 4:27 and we are still waiting for our room to be cleaned. I was told they have many check ins today. Did they jusy figure this out? Poor planning? Not want I'm used to at Disney.

My family and I visited this resort in June and again in August of 2023. In total we have stayed here four times. Once before the Gran Destino tower was built and three times in the tower. We absolutely love the tower, every time we have stayed here it has been in a club level room or suite. It is definitely worth the splurge to stay in a club level room because the personalized service and access to the Chronos club is quintessential Disney perfection. The staff in the club is simply delightful, friendly, resourceful, and accommodating. They will make custom drinks for children and adults that are not only tasty but simply appealing to look at. The breakfast is fantastic and is a lovely spread. The afternoon snacks are great for grabbing and going and the evening cocktail hour has delicious food. Only twice did I need to buy alternative food for my child which is quite impressive. The dessert service at night aligns perfectly with the fireworks at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The view from the Club and our bedroom was spectacular and much more comfortable than dealing with crowds and heat. Our standard club room was nice, we love the subtle Disney theming and the bathroom is really roomy and well appointed. The personal care products in the room are lovely and helped us avoid having to carry-on lotions and shampoos. Our view from the room was spectacular and we saw fireworks every night. The room was tastefully decorated and I love the clean white linen on the bed. The last area I want you to mention is the dog pool. This is a lively area with a water slide and large active pool. It is quite busy all the time and has limited shaded spots so bring your sunblock. Overall we really like this moderate property, located near animal kingdom. Read less
