My children and I stayed in a one bedroom villa for two nights. The room was very hot upon our arrival and even after a technician came to fix the air it never was very cool. The room itself was very dated, the furniture, drapes, carpet and decor all need a makeover. The carpet made the room smell damp and musty. Also, the door to the room had… Read more

The room itself was very dated, the furniture, drapes, carpet and decor all need a makeover. The carpet made the room smell damp and musty. Also, the door to the room had peeling paint and the stairs leading up to the room were filthy as was the white bench next to the stairs. The one room that was updated was the bathroom. I would not stay here again, especially for the price. Read less

We have just returned from Florida - our trip having been cut short by the COVID - 19 virus - and the highlight was most certainly our stay at this resort. We asked for a room near Hospitality House as my husband and I both have difficulty walking. And that is exactly what we got - Room 6310 was perfect for us and meant that we could easily get to the Conch General Store (staff are lovely), Olivia’s Cafe (food was awesome) and the boat to Disney Springs( great fun). Bathroom was lovely, room gorgeous and the smell was lovely too. I mentioned that the staff in the shop were lovely and so, too, were all the others we came into contact with. All round awesome 👍 Read less

Love the size of the rooms, and the updated bathrooms. The kitchens are well stocked, and we had a full sized fridge. Although we did not use it, there is a full laundry room as well in our two bed, two bath unit. We also had a nice sized porch where we could relax with a view of the golf course. The resort is generally quiet and is very… Read more

From being picked up at the airport and taken to our villa everything was perfect! We used the bus system to get around and it was easy and great! We had a pool day and the kids loved it! They used the playground, the roasted marshmallows, lots of things to do! The three bedroom Villa was huge and we had breakfast every morning and did have a quick dinner in it a couple of nights! Everyone we encountered were so helpful and friendly, it is truly the happiest place on earth! Read less

We've made multiple trips to WDW and have stayed at a half-dozen resorts. This might be the best blend of cost and service we have found. The two-bedroom villas are huge and dwarf similar setups at other properties. Bus transportation is easy--keep in mind that it takes a while to make the circuit of the property so pick your stop wisely (Hospitality House is the last stop when leaving the property to go to a park, and Peninsular Road is the first stop when returning from a park). Service was uniformly great, from the front desk to the bell stand. Rooms might be slightly dated but that would really be trying to find something to complain about. Read less
