Saratoga Springs was a beautiful resort, close to Disney Springs, and felt so good to be back on Disney property. We were in a renovated room that was nicely done, comfortable, and close to the pool, lobby and bus stop. We had no complaints during our stay.

Wife and I escaped to Disney for five nights - first time without kids since 1980. Overall, we really enjoyed the resort. We stayed at the Springs which was super convenient to Aristotle's , the main pool, and the bus stop (more on that later). We had a single room which was recently refurbished. Very nice. Given we paid extra for preferred room (more convenient location), we asked for a different room than the one they assigned us overlooking the parking lot. They were great and gave us a room overlooking a lake and fountain. If you want to be close to Disney Springs, I suggest Congress. Th Springs is next closet to DS but it is a long walk- especially at night after already waking miles during the day at the parks. But doable. If we return, we will try for the Grandstand section (see below). Pools are great, staff super nice, food and mobile ordering all great. The downside- Disney bus schedules were awful. Saratoga Springs has five bus stops and the Springs is the last which meant buses filled up before even showing up at stop 5. We quickly learned to walk over to The Grandstand which was relatively close by but more important had Stop #1. Disney has to have two separate routes for Saratoga Springs. The complex is too big for single route and current setup is an unfair process - exasperated by fewer people allowed on the bus due to Covid. Note to Disney- with busses 1/3 filled , you need more busses. Do the math. Suggestion to all- walk to Grandstand if staying at the Springs, or better yet, rent a car and drive to the parks. Overall, although a step below other premium resorts like the Board walk, and Disney Yacht Beach Club, we really liked Saratoga Springs. And it is more reasonably priced especially since every room has a balcony. Read less

Very refreshing to come home too after a busy day at the parks and/or local entertainment. Clean and comfortable. Wonderfully outfitted for the authentic Disney weirdos. After shopping, the washer and dryer in the unit came in handy to wash the new digs and wear right away. The one bedroom unit had ample space and storage for our week stay.

Very central to the buses, pools, and activities. Because the bus system regulates the number of people, we were able to park our car in the parks with no charge. All staff we encountered were kind and ensured safety and mask wearing. Even guests were respectful with their masks. The grounds were well maintained. There are some sidewalks that are slightly uneven, so our 2 year old did miss a few steps here and there. But it was disappointing to read other reviews who were dissatisfied with their stay because of the regulations. You are going on vacation, to Disney of all places, during a pandemic. We had no problems at all. Read less

It was comforting to know that we had our own space, with exterior access, not surrounded by a lot of other people. We called it our cabin in the woods. It was the escape we needed. Disney could not have made it more magical for us. Everything was very clean and sanitized. If you have small children or do not like being too far from a bus stop, you may want to have your own transportation. However, we were right by the pool and no one was ever there. We spent a bunch of time alone at our "private pool." The whole trip was wonderful! Read less
