The hotel

Get ready to be transported back in time, to a late-1800s New York. With its unique charm, you'll be sure to love Disney's Saratoga Springs the moment you step foot through the front doors. Your surrounds are rolling golf course greens and the calm Lake Buena Vista - sounds tranquil doesn't it? Talking of tranquil, you can treat yourself in the spa, and enjoy evening movies under the stars. But if tranquil isn't your thing, no problem! There's pools and waterslides galore, and you can be in the hustle and bustle of Disney Springs in no time at all, it's just a short boat ride away. If you're holidaying in a family or group, opt for a villa for plenty of room for everyone - the treehouse villas are particularly fun if you've got little ones (or even if you haven't!).

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Having been to Disney several times and not staying in a Disney resort I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the staff were great Marge in the store helped us on arrival and Jean in reception was great in helping accommodate our stay and was so welcoming. The one bed villa was great, very spacious and not as dated as I expected which was a bonus. We were in block 84 Grandstand which was a great location for boat to Disney Springs, bus stop & reception/coffee shop and right next to a pool. Bed was so comfy too. The pool near reception was lovely, the food and the dining plan were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Read less

From start to finish we were disappointed. Short staffed, waited hours to check in when our building was mostly empty, transportation was HORRIFIC. This resort is a moderate at best, PLEASE spend your money elsewhere. I’ve been to Disney a lot and stayed at all budget levels and this was the worst.

Great location, recently refurbished units, nice pools, relaxing vacation. Food at pool was unbelievably very good as well as inexpensive. Service was great. Kudos to all staff, one of the best resorts for great customer service. We will definitely be back.

It’s a large sprawling resort we were about 15/20 min stroll into Disney springs. Buses were very frequent to the parks. I asked for a kettle which was provided without issue along with laundry detergent. Had to request top ups of shampoo & body wash as was not topped up. Wish they would put a couple of china mugs & plates in kitchenette rather than paper wrapped in plastic. Also every time a duck goes in the pool they evacuate and close it for ages. This happened frequently when I was there and was very frustrating. Great resort compared to other deluxe options for the price. Read less

We stayed here for two weeks before moving onto a Universal Hotel to finish our stay. The rooms are lovely and spacious, very clean, great amenities and modern. The location is brilliant, just a few minutes walk from Disney Springs! Had a lovely view overlooking the water and spent a lot of time at the paddock pool. I always prefer to stay on Disney property rather than a villa, the extra magic hours are a bonus especially if you want to get on some of the popular rides first thing and the transport between parks is great. We have stayed at a few Disney hotels, this is a firm favourite second to the Beach Club. I would defo recommend staying here if you are a fan of Disney springs! It’s just the most perfect location 🥰 Read less
