CLEAN!!!! Friendly, professional, excellent service!!! Was able to check in early, found the room comfortable, clean, cold water bottles in fridge, two water bottles bedside, quiet except for neighbors in adjoining room. Could hear them clearly through the door. Thankfully they quieted down quickly. Sink with a closet and then the bathroom has a sink, toilet and tub shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied in the shower in dispensers. Hand lotion at both sinks. One bathrobe for possible four people in room seemed a bit poor. Took the boat from hotel to Epcot. Remember it doesn’t go straight there, it stops at the boardwalk and one other stop before getting to Epcot which lets you off near France. Buses are available for Animal kingdom, Disney springs, and the magic kingdom. They all seem to run about every 20-30 minutes. Plenty of restaurants options between either the Swan or Dolphin hotels. A few pools to select from also. The grotto pool was our favorite. There was a DJ playing fun music from one of the bridges over the pool. Made for a great afternoon after spending the morning at one the parks before going onto another park in the evening. HIGHLY recommend!!! Read less

Our favorite thing about the Swan is that we earn Marriott points and enjoy all the perks of a Disney hotel. We've stayed here many times over the years and when we checked in this time, they not only appreciated our Marriott status, they also noted our tenure staying at that property. We were lucky to get a great upgrade on the room and even an early check-in. It's a quick walk or boat ride to Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Boardwalk. The pools and onsite restaurants are wonderful too. We will be back. Read less

The property and complex are well maintained on the whole. While there were positive encounters with pool, food and beverage, and housekeeping staff, there were service shortfalls elsewhere. Brooklyn at the front desk was disinterested and visibly miffed at having to check me in. She seemed to mock my Platinum status (even though I never mentioned it) by immediately stating that there were no upgrades, while chuckling. Again, I never asked for any. Then, she reluctantly offered the amenities that accompany the status. The check-in was cold, impersonal, and hostile. The most disappointing encounter was with a bell/valet person on my last day. I was screamed at for attempting to load my luggage under the portico. The valet berated me the entire time. My attempts to escalate to management went nowhere. Alphonso did call me but seemed unfazed by this encounter. To have paid resort fee and parking only to be screamed at and ignored is unacceptable. Read less

Overall the stay was good. While more economical than other DIsney resorts at the outset, be aware that parking is exorbitant, they add all kids of fees to your bill, including a resort fee of $45 per day. They say you get internet but I already get that as Titanium. They say you get access to a gym, pool, and fitness (don't you expect that at any… Read more

They say you get internet but I already get that as Titanium. They say you get access to a gym, pool, and fitness (don't you expect that at any hotel?) I don't want to ride a swan so don't charge me for it. At the rate, all those amenities should be included. The location is great if you are visiting Epcot or Hollywood Studios in WDW. There is a lot to do not too far away as well. The hotel rooms are basic and in need of some TLC. The room we were assigned had a nice view of Epcot. Check-in person (Brooklyn) was not friendly or helpful at all, barely looking up at us during check-in. Would make a request or say something and would completely fail to acknowledge. I wonder if it was a hearing issue, if then I could overlook. I didn't need to interact with any other staff so I am not sure if it was that one person or lack of training. Sadly this was our first impression. So different from one would expect at WDW Resort. Pool is a nice area. If you can't find one at the main pool there are some smaller pools that are less crowded (though more basic). Besides check in interaction and the fees they tack on, it was a fine stay. Read less

The rooms were ok, good location. The service, however, was terrible. Forgot items for breakfast each day we ordered room service, needed an extra 15 minutes at checkout time and charged us. Over 15 minutes? With their ridiculous parking and resort fees, couldn’t stand to not charge us for 15 minutes?? Walt rolls over in his grave.
