The hotel

Recently opened in November 2021, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is an all-new, modern, boutique property within the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin complex. With one and two bedroom suites, there's oodles of room for groups and families, and floor-to-ceiling windows to grab the best views of the surrounding theme park land. You'll have your own restaurant, bar, swimming pool and health club, and what's more, you can take a short stroll over to the Swan and Dolphin hotels and use all the facilities on offer there too. And being just a quick walk or water taxi to Walt Disney World Resort itself, you can be on those adrenaline-fuelled rides before you know it.

349 rooms and suites acros 15 floors, all with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, LCD TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, bottled water (replenished daily), tea and coffee-making facilities, microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. 

One Bedroom Suites are 610sq ft, with separate living room featuring a sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Two Bedroom Suites are 930sq ft, featuring a separate living room with sofa bed, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and the other bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 4 children.

Aside from the drink, despite the bar being slow (and seemingly a lot of people working the bar), Jake was engaging and entertaining. Disney areas can get a little ... stuffy, or campy at… Read more

Disney areas can get a little ... stuffy, or campy at times and I find that the best employees around these kinds of things are the ones with great personalities that are a refreshing breath of fresh air. Staff has been terrific - from bartender (Jake) to housekeeping getting us everything we need. Quality of service seems a step above most of the Disney hotels. Terrific location and at our request (it was several requests) we got an amazing high view of the Epcot fireworks — actually on 11 we saw Magic Kingdom last night too! I don’t usually write reviews (and I write a lot now) during the stay but this is a terrific Disney option. It’s not “themed” per se but brand new and lovely and near it all (esp Epcot and Studios) is a pretty damn god theme - also nice enough to have a drink after the parks and away from the insanity. Friends got a room nearby as a surprise for bday and the wives went out to have drinks alone and were thrilled. I gave it RARE five stars bc it’s a terrific option at Disney. Highly recommend. This hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally, it is walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood. Our room had an incredible view of Epcot ‘s Spaceship Earth and the Tower of Terror. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with close proximity to Epcot and Disney Hollywood. Rooms with resort view are amazing for watching the fireworks at night. Pool and pool restaurant provide great breaks and recreation from park visits. Sean and Dolphin are linked and walking distance.
