The hotel

Recently opened in November 2021, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is an all-new, modern, boutique property within the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin complex. With one and two bedroom suites, there's oodles of room for groups and families, and floor-to-ceiling windows to grab the best views of the surrounding theme park land. You'll have your own restaurant, bar, swimming pool and health club, and what's more, you can take a short stroll over to the Swan and Dolphin hotels and use all the facilities on offer there too. And being just a quick walk or water taxi to Walt Disney World Resort itself, you can be on those adrenaline-fuelled rides before you know it.

349 rooms and suites acros 15 floors, all with air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi access, LCD TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, bottled water (replenished daily), tea and coffee-making facilities, microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and safe. 

One Bedroom Suites are 610sq ft, with separate living room featuring a sofa bed, and bedroom with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Two Bedroom Suites are 930sq ft, featuring a separate living room with sofa bed, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and the other bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 4 children.

Easy to get around Disney - we took the boat to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT and there was hardly any wait time and always room (not peak season when we were there). Other parks accessible by Disney buses. It’s right across for the Fantasia mini golf which I highly recommend - if you have the UK 14 day tickets the golf is included once a day up until 4 pm The resort fee also included the swan boat ride which was fun! Overall the stay went really well, particularly due to the excellent advice we received at the time of check in (thanks Franky!). The room was great and provided a view of Epcot fireworks. No noise, water, cleanliness, or other issues with the room. The hotel itself looks brand new. We skipped the included breakfast (due to concerns about arrival timing) and went with getting something at the cafe before heading to the park early in the morning. Also got some quick lunch there during mid-day park breaks. All the food was very good regarding its grab-and-go nature. Parking was very easy and they let you keep your car there even after morning hotel check out (so you can make the most of your last day in the park). As for Disney transportation, we ended up making the 10-15 minute easy walk over to the yacht club to then ride the buses into the parks. Perhaps this was the only downside to the hotel's location, as it added extra steps to start/end the day (on very sore feet from 20k+ step days), but that was the trade we made for valuable Marriott points and related status perks. We would definitely stay here again and greatly appreciate the excellent staff service throughout the visit. Read less

Beautiful hotel that is clean, has nice decor, and is convenient. Rooms with views are beautiful. However, the beds were uncomfortable, the water pressure is low, and worst of all you can hear everything through the walls and ceiling. I could hear clearly the discussions in the neighboring rooms. Someone even moved an item and it literally shook the wall. Could not sleep most of the nights because of all the noise. Resort fee is a bit high. Parking fee is way too high. This is an amazing resort! Right in the heart of Disney. It felt like Disney upscaled, more refined. Clean, spacious rooms with huge windows to see the fireworks at Epcot. Good options for restaurants, and a nice coffee shop and bar onsite. It's also steps from the Swan and Dolphin resorts and has all the same amenities.

Dirty room , front desk manager and director of operations didn’t handle the situation at all . Very disappointed in the staff . This is our first time at Disney and have to switch hotels the next day . Never came with a solution. I see this is just a property that only cares about the money and not the customer service .
