All-Inclusive Dine includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. Land villa guests have access to Kaani restaurant and Kuredhi Bar, whilst InOcean villa guests can also access Azzurro Restaurant. Afternoon tea/coffee daily. 20% discount on destination dining (excluding floating breakfast). Free flow alcoholic beverages including a selection of wines, beers, cocktails and house pour international brand spirits. Non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, soft drinks, mineral water and tea/coffee. In room mini-bar replenished daily with soft drinks and snacks, alcohols will be replenished upon completion/on request.
All-Inclusive Style includes: all of the Dine inclusions with the addition of access to the Funa Restaurant. Land Villa guests receive complimentary boat transfers to Azzurro Restaurant. InOcean Villa guests receive complimentary boat transfers to Kaani restaurant and Kuredhi Bar. In-Villa dining for InOcean Villa guests only. Complimentary special beach dining experience for two guests when staying a minimum of 7 nights.

All-Inclusive Max includes: a combination of all of the above packages, with the addition of a 25% discount off return seaplane transfers when staying a minimum of 3 nights. Complimentary special beach dining experience for two people when staying a minimum of 5 nights rather than 7 with the Style package.
From 1st February 2024, the All-Inclusive plans are changing to All-Inclusive Dine and All-Inclusive Premium.

Applicable for selected recreational activities and spa body massages only). 20% savings in the spa. Laundry (2 pieces per villa per day).

Beachfront Infinity Pool Villas are 104sqm and feature an outdoor bathtub in the villas private garden, leading directly to the beach. The villa also has a private infinity pool. Beachfront Infinity Pool Villas have 1 king size bed and sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child.
Beachfront Family Pool Villas are 192sqm and feature a spa bathtub in the villas private garden, leading directly to the beach. The villa also has a private infinity pool. Beachfront Infinity Pool Villas have two bedrooms, each with 1 king size bed and sleep a maximum of 4 adults.
Deluxe Beachfront Pool Villas are 207sqm and feature a private garden with infinity pool and Thai Sala, directly overlooking the beach. Deluxe Beachfront Pool Villas have 1 king size bed and a foldout bed, sleeping a maximum of 3 adults.
Velavaru Two-Bedroom Pool Villas are 323sqm and are made up of two huts, both with private bathrooms. The huts feature a private garden with infinity pool and Thai Sala, directly overlooking the lagoon. Velavaru Two-Bedroom Pool Villas have 1 king size bed in one hut and the other a living room that can be converted into a king size bedroom. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults.
Angsana Three-Bedroom Pool Villas are 473sqm and are made up of two huts. The huts feature a private garden with infinity pool and Thai Sala, directly overlooking the lagoon. Angsana Three-Bedroom Pool Villas have 2 en-suite king size bedrooms and an additional ensuite twin room with spacious dining room. Sleeps a maximum of 6 adults.
InOcean Pool Villas are 175sqm, two storey overwater villas. These villas feature a spacious terrace area furnished with sun beds and a dining area and equipped with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Villas have 1 king size bed and sleep a maximum of 3 adults.
Deluxe InOcean Pool Villas are 232sqm, two storey overwater villas. These villas feature a spacious terrace area furnished with sun beds and a dining area and equipped with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Villas have 1 king size bed and sleep a maximum of 3 adults.
Deluxe InOcean Two-Bedroom Pool Villas are 287sqm, two storey overwater villas. These villas feature a spacious terrace area furnished with sun beds and a dining area and equipped with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Villas have 1 king size bedroom with adjoining bathroom and an ensuite twin size bedroom and sleep a maximum of 5 adults.

Don’t worry if you’ve missed a payment or just need a little more time to pay; we have options available to help you. If your holiday is going ahead as planned, you can continue to pay for your holiday in Manage my booking, even if travelling in less than 12 weeks. If you’re unsure, you can delay any additional payments by choosing a new time to travel by requesting a call back in Manage My booking for one of our team to look at options. If your holiday is more than 6 months away, you may wish to set up a Direct Debit to spread the cost. This can be arranged whilst rebooking or afterwards in Manage my booking.
We understand that you may wish to change your holiday plans and we appreciate the need for flexibility.

If we haven’t notified you of any changes, your holiday will be going ahead as planned but if you prefer to move your holiday to a later time we can help. You can call our team on 0344 472 9499 who can look at options for you.
Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.
To finalise the amendment, one of our customer advisors will phone you. We need to work through amend requests in departure date order so we can prioritise those with the most imminent travel plans, so you may have a longer wait than usual until we’re able to ring you back. We will help everyone that wants to move their holiday.
