The hotel

The adult-oriented Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa offers a truly serene atmosphere in idyllic island surrounds. Beach Villas and Water Villas are scattered around the island, allowing for peace and tranquility aplenty. Upgrade to a Deluxe Spa Over Water Villa or a Premium Deluxe Spa Water Villa and you’ll have your own private outdoor spa bathtub. Down at the beach is an oceanfront pool and well-being area, aptly named as you’ll feel very well indeed here. You can also spoil yourself to a treatment or two at the Spa Cenvaree, a blissful sanctuary offering Thai massage as well as ancient Ayurvedic treatments to banish any lingering cares. With the resort in such a great location there's a plethora of stunning scuba diving sites, amongst the Maldives’ most sought-after spots, reached within 20 minutes by dhoni. There’s also snorkelling and both non-motorised and motorised water sports to tempt you. Island dining is a treat at the Centara with several superb restaurants to choose from. Oceans Restaurant serves International, Asian and daily themed buffets while Al Khaimah features an authentic Bedouin tent with Middle Eastern-style grilled meats to feast on and Arabic delights. Alternatively, dine Italian style at La Brezza or on Thai fare at Suan Bua, two speciality restaurants that overlook the beachfront pool. Overwater Viu Bar is one of the highlights of the resort and deservedly so, its circular shape and oversized hammock seating affording unobstructed ocean views. There’s also a very popular pool bar to while away an hour or two, sipping on exotic cocktails.

140 villas. All with individually controlled air-conditioning, ceiling fans, flat-screen TV, DVD player, telephone, complimentary WiFi, rain shower, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe and hairdryer. Ocean Front Beach Villas, a few steps from the lagoon, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.


Half Board: daily breakfast at Oceans Restaurant. For dinner, dine around at either Oceans Restaurant (buffet), Suan Bua ($40 credit per person once per day applicable) or La Brezzaa ($40 credit per person once per day applicable). Non-motorised water sports and snorkeling equipment. 


All Inclusive: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at Oceans Restaurant. Alternatively, guests may choose a three-course lunch in either the Suan Bua Thai restaurant or La Brezza Italian restaurant, from the Chef's Choice à la carte menus. For dinner, guests may also dine from the Chef's Choice à la carte menus (three-course) or enjoy a meal credit for the full à la carte menu at La Breeze, Suan Bua or at the Arabic specialty restaurant, Al Khaimah (no Chef's Choice à la carte menu at Al Khaimah). Afternoon tea service, all-day soft drinks and mineral water, open bar service including a selection of red, white and sparkling wine by the glass, beer, choice of international branded spirits and a selection of cocktails, between 11:00am and 11:00pm. Sundowner canapés. Mini-bar with two beers, five soft drinks, two chocolate snacks and a savoury snack (replenished once per day). Non-motorized water sports and snorkelling equipment.


Gold All Inclusive Option: includes dine around option in any available restaurant (with a reservation) from the full à la carte or Chef's Choice menus (may exclude selected premium options). Includes selected specialty theme nights. Premium open bar service, including regular and premium pouring brands, wine (red, white, sparkling), beer, alcoholic beverages and a selection of cocktails, specialty coffees (cappuccino, espresso, latte), between 11:00am and 11:00pm. Mini-bar with a selection of beer, soft drinks and guest selection of two spirits (replenished once per day). Spa credit of US$50 per room per day. Deluxe Water Villas with privately furnished terrace and steps down to the lagoon and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Sunset Water Villas are positioned to enjoy the spectacular sunsets with steps leading directly down to the sea and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Spa Over Water Villas offer sunrise views, with jacuzzi on the balcony, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

I have meant to leave a review for some time coming back. My wife and I went to Centara Ras Fushi Resort in November 2023 for our honeymoon. We found ourselves completely happy with our decision to make the 30-hour journey here for 5 nights and 6 days. During our stay, we enjoyed the majestic ocean view villas scenery from the moment we woke up to walking along the white sands of the beach and enjoying a plethora of the delicious foods found in the 4 different restaurants on site. It was more enjoyable with our gold all-inclusive package. Customer Service Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed with refreshments and cool lemon grass towels after a long trip. Emmi welcomed us and made sure we were well taken care of regarding information about the resort and answered all of our questions. She also escorted us and drove us to our ocean villa. Every staff member at this resort was so kind and courteous to us and often greeted us with “good morning, good afternoon, and good evening.” We felt well accommodated and welcomed during our entire stay. My wife and I often mentioned how we miss the kindness we received from Centara Ras Fushi once we arrived back home. Food My wife and I found the food at this resort to lived up to the reviews and expectations we hoped for and more. There were four places to eat, Oceans buffet, La Breza, Suan Ba, and Al Kaim. Each restaurant had plenty on the menu for both food and beverages. Each restaurant had their own standout dishes that we enjoyed and continued to come back for each day. Some of our favorites can be found at Suan Bua with their wonderful selection of delicious Thai dishes which included the papaya salad, pad Thai, chicken satay, and coconut ice cream. Nadia, one of the hostesses at Suan Bua, noticed we had the gold inclusive package and let us know that we can make reservations for a special event later in the week. It was for the Thai Street Food dinner event which included freshly made Thai food set up along the beach for dinner. We were so glad that Nadia took the initiative to let us know that we can partake in such festivities as the food at the event did not disappoint. There were some items here that could not be ordered in the restaurant normally. The steamed pandan custard buns were among the best I have ever had in my life and they were all house made! I was still so full, but really wished I could have eat more that evening. Spa We also enjoyed a full body massage at the spa. Gin was my masseuse and she made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of during my treatment. She was very careful and skilled and made sure I was okay with the amount of pressure applied. It was my first massage ever, but I think this first experience spoiled me. If I go to get other spa treatments elsewhere, I might be disappointed after experiencing the elevated service and experience here. Activities To balance out all of the eating we were doing, my wife signed us up for quite a few activities which definitely became highlights during our relaxing stay. We did platies, bootcamp fitness, animal towel folding to name a few. It was during these activities we met Prasit and Anish. These two guys are awesome and if you are on the fence about doing these activities just sign up. You are guaranteed a great time and a great workout. Both Prasit and Anish work so hard to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves during these activities. It was just my wife and I who signed up for Bootcamp with Anish, and he still took the time to give us a good workout. I can tell he was making sure to gauge our condition while still making sure we obtained a good workout safely. Anish also lead us in the animal towel folding which was great. As it was our final day before leaving the resort Anish made sure to give us a send off as we left on the speed boat back to Male airport. He kept us company and it really made us feel like we were leaving home. I can confidently recommend staying at this resort. We enjoyed our stay a great deal and found the trip well worth the experience here. Read less

The whole staff was well mannered and very helpful. The housekeeping staff was great. If anyone looking for budget friendly resort can come over here. Emmi welcomed us very warmly. The best dive staff was also cheerful and also the speedboat transport staff.

Great little island! Not far from Malé, so the transfer time is very short and you can enjoy this paradise until a few hours before your departure flight. The staff is very very friendly. We enjoyed our time from the very first minute until we had to go. Also a big thank you to the management. They were always there if you wanted to know something or needed some help. We can also recommend all of the a la carte restaurants. The thai was our favourite but all of them were delicious. If you have the chance you have to do the nurse shark snorkelling.
