Ocean Villas have direct step access to the ocean from the private sundeck. Private en-suite bathroom and 1 king-size or twin-sized bed and over-sized day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

Pool Beach Villas are larger in size than standard Beach Villas and feature their own private plunge pool and have 1 King-sized bed and an over-sized daybed. Sleeps a maximum of 3 adults.

Family Beach Villas are generously sized and have direct beach access. They have a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath, jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The first room features a King-sized bed and an oversized day bed and the second bedroom features twin beds and an oversized day bed. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Family Pool Beach Villas are slightly larger in size than the Family Beach Villa and have the same sleeping arrangements and bathroom amenities, with the addition of a private plunge pool on the sundeck. Sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

Ocean Suites with Infinity Pool are a luxurious experience, featuring direct step access to the ocean and private infinity pool. Rooms feature private en-suite bathroom with bath tub and have 1 King-size bed. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.

Ocean Residence with Infinity Lap Pool is the largest room type available at nearly 300sq metres. This suite includes a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath tub on both floors, two king-sized beds and a single bed. Sleeps a maximum 6 adults with an additional bed.

This is our third trip to Maldives and we enjoyed it a lot. Welcoming hosts, clean villas, tasty food and pretty life reef. We saw a lot of beautiful hotels and Heratance is one of them, but only people will never forget how you made them feel. The warmest memories to Zarina, out battler. She made our stay carefree. And among the restaurants we would always highly recommend Hathaa (Tokyo street food) - special thanks to Ishan, the tokyo food master, and Kanth, the best quality service in the hospitality industry! Heritance is also famous for the Ambula Restaurant that serves 7-course madivian traditional food, that was curated by Michelin-starred chef Pascal Aussignac. We tried it and we loved it. I enjoyed my stay at Heritance Aarah resort! The phenomenal experience started from the seaplane/airport lounge. It is exquisite. The space is modern,sleek & peaceful. It’s fully equipped with snacks/beverages. Complimentary massage was a plus. The entire HA staff-from seaplane to resort(spa/restaurants/water-sports center/housekeeping dept/maintenance crew)….everyone smiled & greeted guests. A family-like feeling. Coming from NYC,it is very welcoming. Shahum & team,explained & presented the Maldivian Village experience quite well. It was very informative & interactive. The highlight of my stay was the butler service and my butler Mr.Kunal. He was exceptional. He was everything and more. His smile,patience,articulation/explanation and willingness to help me and everyone in my 47 persons group was great! This has to be one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. The staff, facilities, and amenities are top tier! More than anything, the people at the resort are the benefit. From the cashier to housekeeping to restaurant staff to our butler, we connected with just about everyone.

Incredible hotel. The staff, the food, the beach, the unbelievable colours, everything was phenomenal. The all-inclusive is really fantastic, giving you plenty of choices (both buffet and a la carte, plus the food is insane), as well as some activities. The reef is incredible. So many opportunities to see wildlife from the beach itself! Our buttler Hilmee made our life easier too, always one WhatsApp message away!
