Where is it

One destination across two linked islands in the South Western Atoll of Dhaalu in the Maldives. Transfer time for Malé International Airport: 45 minutes by seaplane. Please note: seaplane transfers to/from your resort will only operate in daylight hours. Please ensure your international flights into and out of Malé allow for this schedule. Enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks in the Niyama lounge at the seaplane terminal.

Half Board option: Includes breakfast and dinner at Epicure or BLU restaurants (with the exception of special dinners, lobster and seafood platters). Guests dining à la carte in Nest, Tribal or Edge for dinner or destination dining (not applicable to free Half Board upgrades) enjoy $95 net food credit per adult.

Full Board option: Includes breakfast at Epicure, lunch at Epicure, Dune and The Deli and dinner at Epicure or BLU restaurants (with the exception of special dinners, lobster and seafood platters). Guests dining à la carte in Tribal, Edge, Dune, Nest, Subsix or destination dining enjoy $40 net food credit for lunch and $95 net food credit for dinner.

Please note: Drinks are not included in Half Board and Full Board options. Children under 12 years receive 3 complimentary meals a day from the children's menu and buffet. If dining from à la carte, 50% discount off adult price applies. Half Board and Full Board not available 24 Dec or 31 Dec, however lunch (optional) may be booked.

Over Water Pool Villas have a private infinity pool and stairs leading from the private deck straight into the lagoon, with 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Deluxe Over Water Pool Villas are more spacious over-water studios, with the addition of a Jacuzzi as well as private pool, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Family Beach Pool Villas have an indoor/outdoor floor plan, living area with sofa bed, direct beach access, sunrise views and a private 'family sized' plunge pool, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 1 child.

Deluxe Family Beach Pool Villas have an indoor/outdoor floor plan, living area with sofa bed, direct beach access, sunset views and a private 'family sized' plunge pool, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 1 child.

A range of 1-3 bedroom pavilions are also available, all with sunset views, direct beach or lagoon access and private infinity pools with jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful experience at Niyama. The staff was excellent especially Mrs. Shafeeg, Pritesh, Sameerah, and really everyone in the resort was fantastic. All the amenities were very nice. Would definitely come again for a relaxing stay.

Best stays at Maldives. Sea is fantastic. Villa over the water is private-ish. Accommodation is great. Food was delicious. All staff are friendly especially Mughni he is the best. He is very helpful all the time. Me and wife really enjoyed our holiday. I recommend everyone to come here. For sure I’ll visit again.

We had an u forgettable experience at Niyama Private Island! From the moment we arrived at Male, the exceptional service and stunning surrounds made our trip truly special. Our Thakuru, Shanun, was incredibly attentive and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs and ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfasts were a delight, thanks to Ayu’s top-notch service. Every meal was a pleasure, with great variety and impeccable presentation. The surfing activities were well arranged by Rhys, who ensured everything ran smoothly. Nate was a decent surf guide, providing useful tips and making the experience enjoyable for all skill levels. All of the restaurants on the island were fabulous, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere. Each dining experience was unique and memorable. A highlight for the kids was Imran, the coconut man, who was charmed them with his skills and friendly demeanour. The beautiful waters surrounding the island added to the magic of our trip. Swimming, snorkelling and simply relaxing by the sea were daily highlights. Overall Niyama Private Island exceeded our expectations in every way.
