I am writing the worst experience ever in my life , we booked in this resort for our Honeymoon and no one from the reservation team Contacted us in regards to our transportation to and from the resort , we contacted them and there was no reply, we arrived at the airport and luckily we saw the representer for the resort in the airport waiting for someone else , and we spoke to him and then we found that the only way to go the resort is by the seaplane , they made us pay 200$ for our weight and the flight itself was 1000$ ONEWAY . The food in the restaurant was not bad but as shown in the picture I will post these flies are on all the food and it goes in the juice as well. The servers wanted always to show you that they are only eating Halal food which is ok understandable but why are you also offering food containing pork so we felt there is a huge discrimination and Racism in the place as they always mention this is halal and this is haram and you should not eat haram food 😒 We informed them that we are coming as honeymooners , They did not believe our words to them so they asked us to show them our marriage certificate which no other country Did to us . Finally at the day of Our CHECKOUT at 9am me and my husband were surprised that the Housekeepers opened the door of our Villa without knocking AND WE ARE STILL INSIDE AND WE DID NOT CHECKOUT. This is the worst place everything is overpriced , otherwise you have at least extra 4000$ you can just spend inside the resort without feeling guilty about it. Read less

The staff all around the hotel are very friendly and the food is really good as well. Our island host Charan assisted us with making restaurant and water sports reservations easily. Highly recommended for family visits and staying at the overwater villa.

Can’t fault our stay. Musthafa and Chamarla went above and beyond. All the staff are very lovely and went out of their way to get to know us and ensure we were always having a great time. Buffet breakfast was exceptional, rest of the food was abit average. But no complaints.

Excellent vacation experience! Recommend the SPA especially. They have unique coffee scrub. Also, the staff are really really friendly and try to help you anytime. Food is also good, also got Chinese cook to provide authentic Chinese cuisine.

Stunning place, Great location, White beaches, Staff very polite and care to any needs/requests you have. Water villa was stunning and cleaned to a high standard daily. Pool was at a nice temperature perfect to cool down in but not so cold you didn’t want to get in. We also swam at night and it was just right, only down fall to the Villa was the current in the sea, it’s impossible to swim in ,very dangerous in fact. Unlike other islands in the Maldives where you have a reef around the island so the water is calm and very little current this island is just open water so the water is very choppy. The water on the beaches across the island is calmer and great to swim in but water surrounding the island and villas is unsafe. Food overpriced for the Quality/ Amount of food you get. Limited Entertainment on the night. For example, a bottle of pinot Grigio wine that would cost £7 in the UK, would cost you 75 dollars (which is the cheapest wine listed) so roughly £60/£65 , A margarita pizza is 40 dollars. So yes, very expensive and the quality doesn’t really justify it. The all inclusive package doesn’t really make much sense as it’s 500++ euros roughly per night per person to upgrade but does not include all drinks on the menu and only a 65 dollar discount on your food bill, (typically your food bill is 250 dollars per night.) Resort needs to consider a better all inclusive package that reflects quality of food service. Our total bill on checkout was 2,400 USD, Thats with only dinner as we didn’t eat lunch and had maximum two drinks daily. There is also a none optional service charge and tax added on to every bill. The Restaurants have a limited menu and all feel like they serve similar food. Our host, Oybek on the other hand was brilliant, there for you at every hour of the day ready to assist, lovely and caring. Even playing a massive part in helping me propose to my girlfriend so a massive thank-you to him! All in all a Luxurious Holiday with stunning views and extensive service from the staff.
