Where is it

Located in Dhigurah, Noonu Atoll. Transfer time from Malé International Airport: 45 minutes by seaplane (remember to pack light for the seaplane transfer as luggage allowance is 20kg plus 5kg hand luggage, per person).

We traveled to the Maldives for the first time for our honeymoon and we were very happy to have stayed at Siyam World. This was our first time staying at an all inclusive 5 star resort and we were not entirely sure what to expect. However, this truly felt like a luxury experience from every perspective. The service was outstanding, no sooner had you finished your drink or plate of food you would have the next one in your hand. The rooms were kept in an impeccable state with twice a day cleaning. All of the over water villas were unique with water slides and had a pool (some smaller than others depending on price) and the views were stunning! We stayed in an ocean villa with slide which was very spacious with a bath looking out over the ocean. There was so much to do at the fairly large resort- many pools, bars (most closed by 12am but the sports bar stays open 24hrs), snorkelling everywhere! We saw dolphins, rays, reef sharks and many many other sea animals just off the piers of the resort. There were loads of water sport options, kayaking was included which we did, although where you could kayak was somewhat limited, you could see beautiful reefs below. We did two paid for excursions (lucky turtles, sunrise fishing) and the included sunset cruise. It was all really spectacular with staff being very attentive. We also did a spa experience- romantic couples retreat, which was probably the best spa experience I’ve ever had. You have your own area for hydrotherapy, sauna, steam room and then your own massage area and bath after. The choice of restaurants was also quite good, it is hard to cater to so many people and have excellent quality food but most of what we had was very good- Kurry Leaf and Arigato were our favourites. There are small open buses that run very frequently to take you all around the island if you don’t feel like walking. But really it is the staff make the resort such a lovely, relaxing and truly luxury experience. Each set of guests is allocated an ambassador for the stay. Ours was Kelly and she was excellent. She answered all of questions, helped us to book excursions when needed, sent daily information about resort events and was very responsive when we needed any assistance. Finally, we did not travel with children but it was very clear that the resort is especially accommodating of families without it feeling intrusive to those guests who were there for more relaxing adults only holiday. It was a great balance. Truly a great experience and if we ever go back to the Maldives I’d be reluctant to try a different resort in case it did not live up to the standards of Siyam World. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Read less

Pitta was incredible- I’m VERRY impress by the services she provided during our wedding dinner. She provide a services that even in Paris ou London we never saw. We hope to meet very soon in the restaurant or elsewhere.

A number of times we sat down for dinner but did not receive our drinks for 10-15 minutes We stayed in a slide villa. We were on Tower Bridge which is a quieter area than the villas on Rialto bridge. Resort was spotlessly clean and all staff so polite and welcoming We loved the larger size of the resort giving us more choices I would recommend to anyone looking for a resort in the Maldives. The service from the staff was outstanding, and the variety of water activities, including the world's largest water park, left us in awe. The spa massages on our last day were both relaxing and fantastic. The diverse cuisine options at multiple restaurants offered amazing food, with Tempo standing out as our favorite for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff, especially Chef Prince and team members Chamara, Aryan, Mukesh, and Janaka at Tempo went above and beyond to cater to our food preferences, Chef Prince graciously brought us food at the dock before our sea plane departure and generously shared some delectable Indian recipes.
