The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and you have everything you might need at the hotel itself - food & drinks, leisure activities, spa, kid's corner, swimming pool, sandy beach etc... The staff are in general very kind and helpful. Not all, but there were some members of the hotel's team who really demarcated themselves from the other. From the 'le marché' restaurant, we were taken care by the lady called Samia during breakfast. She is very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed compared to others to whom we had to make the same request several times. At the reception desk, we met with Mr. Kevin on our arrival. This man is a great gentleman!! Our happy stay at the hotel started with him by the way he welcomed us and make us feel like home. He also tell us to come to him in case we encounter any issue but fortunately we did not have to as things went on very well (but it's always good to know that there is someone here for you). During our stay, we enjoy the restaurants, the swimming pools, the seaside and a good long walk on the beach. We did have a great time at Long Beach Hotel and we are looking forward to another holiday early next year. I hope that Mr. Kevin will be there to welcome us again :-) Read less

We had a wonderful stay and decided to go again this December. We are checking out tomorrow after 4 wonderful nights stay. The hotel atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The room looks nice and clean with garden front with quick access to the pool and restaurants. Moreover, there are a lot of free and paid sea activities which you can enjoy during your stay. We will surely be planning our next stay at Long Beach soon! Read less

Wow! We’ve just returned back from a 8 night stay at Long Beach. The hotel is absolutely beautiful but it is the staff that make this place so special - Samia who served us for breakfast every morning was the kindest soul, her service was amazing and she made our day before it even started, we will genuinely miss her!! Toori, Ven, Karim and Narad from the bar were all great (there were others but I didn’t get everyone’s names!) they made the best cocktails and service was always great. Also have to mention Raj from chopsticks and Singh & Manav from tides who really made our visits special! We had two AMAZING meals in Hasu - I’ve ate at some of the best Japanese restaurants in the world and this is really up there with some of the best. We ate here twice, once doing a la carte and also had the most incredible experience of the Omaske taster menu cooked by David - it was his first night of doing the Omaske and we were so impressed, please do pass on our words as he is a great chef. The gentleman who served us was great too but I didn’t get his name! We did the snorkelling trip twice and the guys who work at the water sports place do such a great job, you get to see some amazing fish! Also I had a full body massage with Crystal and it was the best massage I’ve ever had so would highly recommend! We did all inclusive and found the food to be pretty good, my only criticism would be that about 50% of the drinks menu was not included and had to pay extra for, such as imported drinks and some standard cocktails. Not really ‘all inclusive’ if not all is included!!! My other criticism of the hotel would be of the big bosses who run Sunlife - during our stay they hosted a huge event to celebrate a year of their rebrand. I found it incredibly rude and strange that they had spent thousands of $$$ on a huge event - but the guests who were basically paying for it had to watch from a distance and were not invited to join in the celebrations at all, also the management who attended didn’t mingle or chat to guests at all. My third time at Long Beach and this time was beyond expectations as I did face a couple of issues the last time i went. Food was really great and Chef Raya is excellent and made sure the dishes were exquisite and not only a feast for the eyes but a real feast for the mouth. Our review will be incomplete without placing of record the accomplishment of Vimal who was at some point in Sapori and at the main restaurant. He made sure that our trip becomes memorable ang his dedication is really a plus to the hotel. Long Beach is really luck to have Vimal as an asset. Thank you for that! However, a few things could have been better like something better in terms of activities for kids between 8 to 11...we stayed for 2 days and not even a complimentary bottle of water on Day 1 in a room with 2 adults and 2 kids, we had to ask and we got 2 on Day 2 plus entertainment could have gone beyond 11.30 Overall the stay was good and the c goes to Chef Raya and Vimal 100% Cheers Read less
