Wow! What an absolute jewel this hotel is. From the moment you arrive until the time you depart, the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best time. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful. The main buffet restaurant has a range of freshly cooked foods to suit every taste. The drinks are plentiful. We particularly enjoyed the Beach Rouge and BB’s burgers for lunch times. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The mini bar and snacks are replenished daily. The coffee shop near Reception is a nice touch. The water sports are plentiful and free of charge – paddle boarding, pedaloes, glass bottom boat, kayaking- and staff are on hand to give you advice if you need it. We were a family of 5 adults with two special birthdays being celebrated. The first, a 60th, was spent in the Bodrum Blue restaurant with a cake provided. The second, a 30th, had a last minute change of restaurant but Diren and his team managed to track us down in the bar to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ and give my son his birthday cake – such is their dedication to customer service! Special mention to Diren and his team in the Palm Court bar & restaurant; Liam for keeping us supplied with drinks on the beach and Sucheeta for wonderful housekeeping. Thank you to everyone at Lux Grand Gaube for an amazing holiday and we would love to return in the future! Read less

Too many names to mention individually as each & every one we met or passed walking through the hotel & grounds had the same ready smile & greeting. Although Manish certainly made our day keeping our room beautiful & welcoming with her towel art & flowers. We ate in Palm Court most evenings as the choice of Food was just as good as before, lunches though we used BB’s, Creole Smoke House & Beach Rouge Each had a favourite dish we kept going back for! We love the peace & tranquility of the adult beach & spent most days there. Even with an umbrella when the rain came down 😂 The only thing I would say is that some evenings the music in the Palm Court bar area was quite loud early on, when trying to relax with a drink. So perhaps turn the speakers down a tad. But all in all a fantastic relaxing break & I am sure we will be back for a 3rd visit! Thanks team Read less

One of the most welcoming and friendliest hotels I’ve been too in a beautiful setting! We were all inclusive and had a junior fitness suite which included a treatment at the Spa It was their winter when we were there and the first week was a bit breezy especially at night when I needed a jacket Special thanks to everyone but especially Joenathan who sent us a bottle of Prosecco, Sylvano at the cafe, Dave at the waterfront, Kenny/lucas in the fitness team, Veena for delicious omelettes every day and lovely smile, Adash/Bharuth at Bodrum restaurant and Reedoo who looked after us at the beach front It was too windy most days to go sailing, but we used the gym, went to yoga and tried Paddel tennis It was my birthday when I was there too and they made such a fuss which was lovely When it was too windy to go kayaking or paddle boarding, we had a delicious rum cocktail made expertly at the team at the “French Kiss” bar in the adult section Special shout out to Jean one of the waiters who was super friendly and just a lovely all round guy Read less
