The hotel

Nestled in beautiful tropical gardens, Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel is a gorgeous adults-only boutique hotel, offering guests a secluded retreat from the world. Aptly named, it really is paradise here with a pristine white beach and exceptional views of the lagoon and the northern islands from the peninsula. Highly romantic, the resort even offers ‘love nest’ twin sun beds. Also recommended is a visit to Spa Cinq Mondes. Not only does it boast a pool, hammam and flower baths, you can treat yourself to an Indian Ayurvedic massage — sure to banish any lingering cares! At the Paradise Cove, water sports are very much the order of the day, from snorkelling to water-skiing. Come dusk, Stay Bar is the place to sip on tropical cocktails whilst admiring the sunset. There’s live and unplugged music here too but first enjoy dinner at a choice of restaurants. For local dishes, the Dining Room is ideal or experience Asian fusion cuisine at XO. For a real treat, book a table at The Cove — highly romantic, tables for two are set in small huts, right on the beach, beside a coconut grove.

The food was excellent, the best we’ve had at any all inclusive. The cocktails were great. The staff really make the resort, they were all so friendly and welcoming, they are very attentive and work very hard. A perfect holiday overall and no complaints. The only thing I would say is that the evening entertainment could be a little more upbeat. The musicians are very talented, but the song choices are a bit depressing (lots of heart break love ballads). Read less

We stayed in a prestige junior suite which had plenty of room, a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. The toilet was in a separate room. It was kept clean and replenished daily. During our stay we had a couples massage, rum tasting, cocktail and cooking masterclass and a glass bottom boat excursion. All were brilliant. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and also had a candlelight meal which was delicious. In fact all the food and drinks (we were all inclusive) were delicious. We had a mix of weather but even the rain for the first few days couldn’t dampen our spirits. The sun came out each day and the hotel is in a beautiful position. We hope to return one day to this wonderful hotel. Read less

We have just returned from our honeymoon at Paradise Cove and can definitely say this has been our favourite holiday both the resort and the island are simply amazing! If you are considering booking here, you definitely should, you will not regret it. The resort itself is so well thought out with multiple areas to chill out and relax with different glorious views. There are 4 swimming pools and ample seating, although the resort is well sized there are not hundreds of room (I think less the 70) and never struggled to get good seating either at the restaurants or during the day when sunbathing. Everywhere is clean and immaculately presented. The staff are an absolute credit to this hotel, everyone was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Extra special mention to: Manoj - such a lovely, polite gentlemen who served us multiple times by the pool and made the best drinks! Deepak - served us up at the Pennisula restaurant and was so friendly and funny! Francesco - what a hard working and diligent individual! Jonathon (I think? The tall lad behind the Stay bar) - who made the best cocktails and kept our drinks topped up all night and was very impressive with remembering our room number! We also had an amazing day trip out on the catamaran which was put on by the hotel and the captains of the boat where fabulous (apologies I can't remember their names!) - this trip is definitely worth it. We went to the flat island which is simply the most beautiful island I have ever been on, had a lovely yummy lunch on the boat and then stopped off to do some snorkeling by Gunners Coin on the way back. The catamaran was available to Monday and Friday and limited to under 12 people so were not overcrowded (some of the other catamarans we saw by the islands looked so busy and hectic). I am vegetarian and we didn't struggle once with options, in fact I didn't manage to try all the options through out our stay as they were so extensive including beyond meat burgers, vegetarian sushi, vegan bacon pizzas and vegan Caesar salad to name a few! The food was of a really high standard, we ate at the Pennisula twice (and then for most lunch times), XO twice, the cove (you have to pay extra for this one) once and then twice at the dining room (buffet style food). You do have to book for evening meals at XO, Pennisula and the Cove but it was super easy and we sorted this on the first day we arrived. I am struggling to find any cons for this hotel, if I was being super fussy occasionally getting drinks when sat in the love nests by the Pennisula took a little time to arrive. Also, probably our fault but as we only upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived there was often confusion with the bill and having to get new bills without values on so would definitely try and sort this before arriving. I would say all inclusive is definitely worth it with the amazing drink and food options available! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we hope to come back at some point in the future, thanks to everyone who made our stay so memorable. Read less

My birthday getaway at Paradise Cove was nothing short of extraordinary. Initially, the atmosphere when we got there seemed like we'd stepped into some weird dystopian movie, with the staff appearing somewhat scripted. However, as our stay progressed over the course of 10 days, we found the staff to be exceptionally amiable, eventually revealing genuine warmth and personality. Special thanks to Michael, Tulsi, and Big Bubba for their outstanding service, but honestly, everyone there was really friendly. The vibe at the stay bar, pool, and cove was chilled. It never felt too crowded, so if you're into having space to yourself, this is the spot. But if you want to snag a prime sunbed at the Peninsula pool, you gotta be strategic 'cause it gets pretty packed. Pro tip: stake your claim early in the AM before breakfast and despite the rumours, no one moves your towels. Everyone does it and it's the only way to get a sunbed there. As for activities, we booked this private You&Me catamaran trip through the hotel, and it was epic! Shoutout to Donnovan and Yowan for looking after us. Unlimited drinks, killer BBQ, and snorkeling galore—what more could you want? And even though the private island wasn't so private (lots of people around), it was still worth it. The other trips we did through "SummerTime", the 7 Cascades Hike and the Helicopter Ride, were next level. I tried the spa too.. .I got the "Fountain of Youth" facial and fell asleep from relaxation—it was that good. Food-wise... Stay Bar's spicy beef salad and wagyu beef burger were our favourites. And over at the Peninsula, the lagoon platter, chicken salads and chicken skewers were our top meals. Oh, and XO.... everything there is straight-up insane. I'd book a few nights here! Overall, Paradise Cove exceeded our expectations. From the food to the cocktails (and let's not forget the rum), it was top-notch. Count us in for a round two— how could we not come back? Read less

The rooms are spacious and spotless, pools are great and restaurants varied wirth good food. The All-Inclusive drinks were a little short on choice - particularly the wines. There were several pages of 'pay for' wines and some four of each (red, white and Rose) on the all-inclusive. This could do with a greater selection. Read less
