The hotel

Nestled in beautiful tropical gardens, Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel is a gorgeous adults-only boutique hotel, offering guests a secluded retreat from the world. Aptly named, it really is paradise here with a pristine white beach and exceptional views of the lagoon and the northern islands from the peninsula. Highly romantic, the resort even offers ‘love nest’ twin sun beds. Also recommended is a visit to Spa Cinq Mondes. Not only does it boast a pool, hammam and flower baths, you can treat yourself to an Indian Ayurvedic massage — sure to banish any lingering cares! At the Paradise Cove, water sports are very much the order of the day, from snorkelling to water-skiing. Come dusk, Stay Bar is the place to sip on tropical cocktails whilst admiring the sunset. There’s live and unplugged music here too but first enjoy dinner at a choice of restaurants. For local dishes, the Dining Room is ideal or experience Asian fusion cuisine at XO. For a real treat, book a table at The Cove — highly romantic, tables for two are set in small huts, right on the beach, beside a coconut grove.

This was our fourth visit to Paradise Cove so, you can only guess how we feel about the place. Helpfully this being our 4th visit confirms our belief that this is indeed one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. They personalise your visit, making you feel one of their family. Arrival From the moment you arrive and completed the formalities you feel 'at home'. Time for questions and get a feel for the place. After that, I felt like home, as usual. Food The food as usual was out of this world, plenty of choice, delicious tasty and well presented at any of the Restaurants. there are 4 all serving a variety of food. Both my wife and I are always impressed with the quality of food and choice. Some require a reservation for evening dining. The Main Restaurant serves breakfast with the usual selection of food on offer.. It is also the main restaurant where evening meals are served, Buffet style, good selection. The other Restaurants feature Japanese, and 'intimate' dining with Lobster features. We've not tried it as my wife has an allergy to shellfish. Most important, a BIG thank you to all the hard working Kitchen Staff and Waiters. One restaurant, the Peninsular, serves lunches and evening meals but reservations are needed, the food as usual is superb and cooked 'on site', not from a central location. One last thought while staying at Paradise Cove We 've always been on a diet before arriving - forget it enjoy the food and diet when you go home! The food is so good you just 'tuck in', enjoy. There also entertainment each evening , all different after evening meals. All excellent. Swimming Pools There are 3 Pools all extremely clean and well maintained. The seating areas were a little 'busy' this time but not to the extent we were inconvenienced or failed to find a good seating place. Things to know (from previous notes) Reception was busy but still gave very good advice and help with things to do and places to go. Reception is where the cumulative 'tips' are held. The Hotel has a system where they hold a sealed box for gratuity contributions. This is a very 'smart' way of making sure everybody gets a share of the tips, including the less visible workers. Such a brilliant idea, - everybody gets a share and Guests are never solicited for tips. Recognition Everybody at the Paradise Cove should be mentioned but a few people stand out and made our welcome and stay so cheery and great There are no exceptions!!!!! Drink delivery at the Poolside- Michael. He knows and remembers our room number, drink preference and keeps a steady flow of your favourites through the day. He is always so cheery so, Thanks Michael. Sangeeta is now a friend - for sure! Thank you Aruna, a lady who looked after my wife after she fell ill with a very bad cold You are a 'gem'. I also made a list of all the staff who need to be mentioned in this 'review' but I've concluded, it's ALL OF YOU so, a VERY BIG THANKOU from my wife and myself. Oh and have I mentioned the Gardeners and the men who keep the beech spotless. This review has been written 2 weeks after we have returned to the UK. It's always so difficult to write all the wonderful things about Paradise Cove - there are NO COMPLAINTS Read less

The hotel was fully booked and yet there were ample spaces for daily activities, sunbeds, and tables at restaurants. The service is impeccable, the staff are adorable and the environment is very relaxed. The perfect honeymoon destination, or for anyone looking for a child-free getaway.

We have just come back from two weeks at Paradise Cove celebrating our honeymoon it was truly the most amazing two weeks I can't express what a fantastic experience it has been. This hotel is just elegance and class, it's stunning a stunning location the staff are fantastic and the food is delicious! There is nothing negative that I can say about this place at all! Considering it's all inclusive to have michelin level food from breakfast to dinner it's incredible, the main dining room is exceptional and ranges from buffer to sit down dinner and then you have the peninsula their truffle pizza is devine and XO which is delicious sushi, considering I don't like sushi it was fantastic and has converted me! The honeymoon candlelight dinner was beyond amazing it beat the other restaurants which is a tall order it made the honeymoon extra special, Ved and the other waiter who served us that evening they were incredible waiters thank you both so much. The bar staff and drinks were fantastic, the cocktail selection was brilliant and everything was hand and, no pre mixed cocktails at this place I would definitely recommend the frozen mango daiquiri. They had excellent wines on offer from France and south Africa and sparkling wine was also excellent, champagne for breakfast every day is always a winner. All the pool waiters are so attentive you don't have to leave the sun longer to get a drink, a big thank you to Michael, Yodish and Darshwin you guys were excellent and made our stay extra special. The spa was one of the most beautiful I have seen and the treatments were excellent. We also went on the Ebike tour with Yani which was great fun. The activities are brilliant I would recommend the daily glass bottom boat and snorkeling on the coral reef which are both free! Thank you to all the amazing staff that make this hotel the place it is. A special thanks to everyone below for making this the best honeymoon I just wish I could do it all over again.
