We stayed in Ritz Carltonone week ( not in the first time). Onestly, it's the best hotel I know in Israel. Every thing is great, the location near the sea, the food, the rooms and most important the wonderful people that work there.

We were celebrating 40 years since we met and there were balloons in the room, a personally enscribed little cake, and quite amazingly a hand drawn picture of us, as well as a bottle of fizz. A really amazing and lovely welcome. All of the staff in this hotel are superb, particularly Ron and Iyzik on the concierge desk who were fabulous. Our room is showing signs of age, but it was very comfortable - particularly the bed. The area outside the hotel is a bit scruffy in places, but there are a good variety of restaurants and a very old fashioned supermarket which was useful. Breakfast was included in our booking - I wouldn’t have paid the hotel price as it is crazy expensive, but there was a great selection of food and the coffee was delicious. On checking out, we were given a glass of fizz - great touch. It is a way to the airport - 45 minutes. All in all, a nice stay, but I think we would stay further down the coast next time or toward Jaffa. About $750 a night for a suite - expensive but Israel is! Read less

Beautiful, relaxing hotel and location. Excellent service, especially Yael at front desk, Irina (front desk manager), Zak (front desk), and Noa (guest services). The breakfast staff is also all well-trained and very on top of things, despite the crowds of ppl. Thank you to a wonderful team for making our brief stay so fantastic!

The location is very good. The rooms are nice. The beds are very comfortable. There were a few issues during check in. But Noa - guest relation manager dealt with everything. She solved all the problems quickly and professionally!
