The hotel

Designed to reflect the old times of Jerusalem with the new, a stay here might just feed your cultural expectations and your city desires in one go. Think traditional architecture, natural limestone interior and earthy tones. Plus a fabulous rooftop restaurant, Espresso bar and urban spa. It’s close enough to experience the Old City and Alrov Mamilla Avenue during the day, and for dinner the Happy Fish Restaurant comes highly recommended. Why not dine out on the terrace and soak up the local atmosphere?

We were greeted by Rachel upon our arrival. We checked in with Mark, and Stephane gave us a tour of the hotel. Yathreb and Mohammed were great and treated us well. What an absolute treat to stay at the magnificent Mamilla Hotel, I stayed in a room overlooking the old city in the 6th floor, the hotel is a beautiful mixture of new and ancient and is stylish and understated, but what really stands out is the service, a big shout out to Mark on the front desk who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect,… Read more

Lastly, when staff goes above and beyond for small details and the willingness to help anytime requested, is much appreciated . Small things like sending up extra water, Nespresso pods, knowledgeable tips on where to go and how to get there . The front desk staff went above and beyond . AYALA, MOHAMED, and FARES…. Thanks for making the stay even better. Read less

Great location, in a very posh side of the West Jerusalem, a 10 minutes walk from the Old Jerusalem - Jaffa Gate. Not full of religious tourists groups. Young people, nice staff, good price/quality balance. Look for Saleh and Mohamad at the reception, they’re nice and great help!
