This hotel is clean and staff is professional and helpful in every way. Habib b access to the executive lounge was a very worthwhile amenity. The manager, Rachel, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Rowena was also very lovely. Breakfast was delicious, extensive and again offered excellent service. We will return!

Rachel and Roena were terrific-kind, helpful and so so nice. Thank you for everything. Rooms were nicely made up daily and we felt very safe at all times.

Rachel, the director of the lounge was beyond incredible. Rachel went out of her way to ensure that my companions and I had an amazing dinner experience in Tel Aviv. Hospitality still goes a long way in the hotel industry, and I am certain to stay at this very accommodating business hotel on my next visit to T.A. Many thanks to Rachel and the Renaissance staff, including Pavel at the front desk. Read less
