My husband and I spent two weeks at Sheraton beginning at the outbreak of the war. I want to say, first of all, our hearts and wishes are with the people of this incredible country. The hotel staff is very well organized with regards to security and we felt very safe during this trying time. Our room with sea view was perfect. Very clean and the view was amazing. The location of the hotel is terrific. The beach is right there but it is also a short walk from the center of Tel Aviv, a city bustling with life in normal circumstances. The service was impeccable on every level and very courteous, the personnel was involved and always eager to help. I want to give a special shout out to the Club Lounge. The staff there is fantastic. Polite, attentive and accommodating. We felt very welcome, always greeted with smiles and friendly attitude. The food was excellent, too. Special thanks to Mazal, Anastassya, Elena and Maria for making our stay enjoyable beyond any expectations. We can't wait to come back. Read less

Great hotel opposite the beach. The location is perfect, especially for a beachside walk from the Port area to Jaffa. The rooms are spacious and modern. Definitely 5 star quality and service unlike the hotel next door, Dan Tel Aviv (also a 5 star for some reason). The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. Read less

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times. We generally like the hotel. This trip we were upgraded to an upper floor remodeled room with a sea view. My wife and I have stayed in this hotel many times. We generally like the hotel. This trip we were upgraded to an upper floor remodeled room with a sea view. The issue was it had a bathtub and not a shower room. This was the first time we were in this type of room. Do not stay on this type of room. The bathroom does not have a proper shower head. So if you want to take a shower you have yo hold a device that is located 3 feet from the floor with a short cord. Basically you can not take a shower. The hotel admits it is a flawed design when they remodeled these rooms. Read less

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our disappointment with the service we received at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv during our recent visit. As international guests, we had high expectations for a seamless and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, our encounter fell short of these expectations. Our group consisted of ten people, and we dined at the Manara Restaurant within the Sheraton Hotel. Following our meal, we approached the Hotel receptionist/concierge to request assistance in ordering taxis to transport us back to our respective hotels. Regrettably, our request was met with a refusal to help us arrange transportation. The receptionist suggested that we use a local taxi app, which posed a challenge as international visitors without access to the app. Despite our explanation, we were met with further reluctance to assist us in organizing taxis. Consequently, we were left with no alternative but to venture outside the hotel to hail taxis on the street. This experience was far from the level of service we anticipated at a renowned establishment like the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv. It was, in fact, the worst experience we have encountered during our travels. We believe that a five-star hotel should consistently provide exceptional service to its guests, and we were disheartened to find that this was not the case during our stay at the Sheraton. We hope that our feedback will prompt improvements in customer service and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar difficulties. We trust that you will take our feedback into consideration to maintain the reputation of the Sheraton Hotel as a premier destination for international travelers. Read less

The bar is always fantastic. Max is attentive and pricise. He remembers everyone’s drink and is very consistent with the way he makes them. Will definitely come back and recommend this bar. The opening hours are also very reasonable.
