We had the most incredible stay at the Jaffa! In connection with the beginning of the war in Israel, my friends and I talked a lot about our bright vacation there, looked at photos and highlighted the moments that gave us the best emotions. One of these is breakfast at the "Luxury Collection Hotel". Hostess Alina welcomed us very warmly and openly, after which our atmosphere there became homely and it was easy for us to communicate with other staff. I especially want to single out Roman's professional work! His recommendations on the choice of dishes, the order of their consumption, the combination of food and drinks - made ecstasy for our stomachs. Stories about the history of the hotel, jokes and recommendations on what to visit in Israel - created a friendly atmosphere with the staff, I want to come back more than once and feel like a king in this heavenly place! AMAZING! I can not recommend this hotel enough. We arrived early on October 6, 2023 (the day before Hamas war!) and the front desk was incredible and gave us a room early. We had a beautiful, clean and modern room. The pool area is terrific and wonderful food. But the real gem of this hotel is the staff. We awoke early on October 7, completely disoriented, to air raids and emergency announcements to go to the bomb shelters. We spent a lot of the day running to the bomb shelters in the hotel.. and the staff met us and stayed with us and made us feel as safe as humanly possible. The staff were so unbelievably professional - as it's a Arab and Israeli staff working fluidly and peacefully. Not only did the staff make us fee so safe, but they helped us navigate getting out of the country - waiting on hold with the airlines for hours, translating, and helping in every possible way, and in turn also became our caretakers, comforting us in our terror and sadness. They did everything in their power to help us (All of us ! We were a huge wedding party). On the day we were finally able to leave, we checked out, and got into our van for the airport, had to turn around, as our flight was delayed until 11:30PM, and immediately the staff reactivated our room keys to provide us shelter and comfort, without even charging us! I truly love this hotel and the people that run it with such care and wonderful hearts. Can not wait to return once the war is over. THANK YOU!!! Read less

Shireen didn't care and her service didn't change she even continued with her search for a doctor to give my husband his shot, he waited for us in Kempinski and she checked on my husband the next day. So we are hoping for her safety and for better days Read less
