I stayed in room 2907 with my friends. The view is amazing. The burger in pool bar is so yummy. I would like to thank the guy in pool bar who did stunning service..I forgot his name..😉 And the breakfast is nice. I would like the acknowledge some colleagues in housekeeping for amazing service Roka who absolutely did great job and Claire for amazing towel art with balloons and birthday wishes. And also front office for a sweet messages. I will recommend Conrad Etihad with my friends.Absolutely the best!!! Read less

My husband and I have spent 4 wonderful days at Conrad and it really exceeded our expectations. At first I chose it for the location (Etihad towers, with free access to the observation deck, a mall, a gym, and straight in front of the Corniche and near Qasr Al Watan), now I would choose it again for the great service the whole staff provides. The rooms are spacious and spotless clean. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival and they gifted us with cake and fruits for our anniversary. Among the best things: the food variety at breakfast, the many restaurants and bars, the complimentary access to the observation deck and the three pools with beach access. I can only recommend this hotel if you are in Abu Dhabi. ----------- We would also like to thank the reception/concierge staff, the housekeeping/room service team of the second floor (in particular Miy), the Rosewater staff, the whole valet/doormen/porters team, and Carlo, Nouf, Aamir and Manal of the Guest Service. Each of them has been nice and helpful, and promptly available for any request, providing excellent service. I really hope the management recognizes your efforts in keeping the highest standard.
