In addition to the fantastic hotel facilities, pool facilities, children's play area, children's pool, theme park tickets with free transportation, delicious dining options what really makes this hotel world class are the amazing staff. We were genuinely blown away by the amount of staff that remembered us from out previous stay which was genuinely humbling considering the size of the hotel but also a great testament to the Hilton Group to be able to retain such talented and dedicated employees. Graphos restaurant serves delicious fresh food whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. there was always an amazing array of mouth watering dishes to choose from. Ratheesha, Sumayya, Herminia & Anusha were always the perfect hosts making sure we always had everything we needed and being genuinely interested in how our day had been. Our favourite place to hang out was at the pool by the Capilla Pool bat whereby Sachin, Apollo, Thet, Shoaib, Soumen, Kyaw Kyaw, Pyae, Ishwarr & Reem delivered truly awe inspiring service to all guests! These super human individuals genuinely never stop, even in the sweltering heat, they have one mission and one mission only - to ensure you're happy! They all genuinely deserve the highest praise and they really are ambassadors of unparalleled hospitality. As a family we have had a really wonderful stay at Hilton Yas Island. The hotel is beautiful, modern and in a great location. You cannot review the hotel without giving a special mention to the staff who are simply fantastic! They go above and beyond and how they remembered who we were and our room number each time we went to breakfast/ dinner or to the executive lounge blew my mind (especially in such a large hotel!) Even when I witnessed other guests treating staff with far less respect than I would like to see, they remained polite and professional and still went above and beyond! The hotel is multi cultural and incredibly family friendly, the amazing choice of world foods at the buffet included child friendly choices and even included a popcorn, ice cream and sweet station. The staff are brilliant with kids, making them feel truly spoilt, blowing up pool inflatables, playing football or simply chatting to them about their favourite teams and the latest premier league signings! The hotel comes with perks that really elevate your stay such as included tickets to the Yas Island theme parks, access to Yas Beach and complimentary shuttles to all the tourist destinations. The access we had to the executive lounge through having a suite was a real bonus with complimentary drinks and snacks during the day or a breakfast with a slower pace than the main buffet. My only slight gripe (and it is only small) was the noise from the adjoining room. Emirati life seems to take place much later in the day due to the heat, and we found other guests to be quite loud whilst we were trying to sleep- which obviously is no fault of the Hilton! As a family we are really keen to return to Hilton Yas Island and are really looking forward to seeing the changes around Yas, such as the new beaches that are being built and the expansion of Yas Waterworld.
