This one is still very nice, a pleasant stay overall, but some minor wearing prevents me from saying "5". - rooms and hallways seem...old - stay at breakfast were friendly and trying, but a few "hiccups" showed their lack of experience and/or professionalism - lack of padel and tennis equipment to borrow (or at least the lack of communication when requested) Still, the quiet, peaceful location with access to the beautiful corniche and many excellent amenities are worth the stay, if that's what you're looking for with your visit to Abu Dhabi. If not, lots of other choices! Read less

We have stayed at this hotel many times and although we have tried other hotels in Abu Dhabi we keep returning because it really is the best. The hotel staff are always so helpful and polite. The choice of restaurants is amazing, our favourite is Chamas and Byblos. The Bayshore beach club is fabulous with sun loungers, pool with swim up bar and an amazing private beach. Food can be served to the beach or you can sit at the outdoor restaurant. The manager Puna and his team are so efficient and always smiling. Khalid served us many times with drinks and was polite and friendly as are all of them. Each morning Najmul would assist us with choosing a sun lounger and always lay the towels on them for us. You can rest assured that you and your family will be safe as the lifeguards are always vigilant. We spoke with Marcelo a few times and he is very committed to his duties and such a nice guy. The Piano bar near the reception in the hotel is always worth a visit for a final night cap before retiring for the evening, its very relaxing and again the staff are lovely. Read less

Breakfast was an incredibly disappointing experience, as I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes just to secure a seat. The hotel's explanation was that they were overbooked and unable to accommodate all the guests in the restaurant.

Quick transfer from the airport followed by a room upgrade, super comfy bed and lovely service from Tia for a late breakfast on the terrace. The pot of tea even came with hourglass timer. Even though I’m here for work for a few hours it felt like a holiday.
