Check in experience was excellent, room was good but i was requested for the upgraded beach view room which was not available, housekeeping service was slow, I called several times for the amenities they came late. But overall experience was very good.

Just back from an incredible 12 nights staying at this fabulous hotel with friends. We were on the ultra all inclusive basis which we would highly recommend to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants. Our room 1819 was kept spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable we slept well every night. Every morning we received a warm and friendly welcome in the Selections restaurant by Lu who recognised us from a previous holiday at a hotel in Fujairah! The service, ambience and quality of the food at every restaurant was just superb. We couldn't pick a favourite, each is unique. Just a few more lighter choices such as salad particularly at the Italian would have been good. The Bayshore club was a fabulous place to spend the day at the beach and pool which had a great swim up bar we used daily before lunch! My husband had a fantastic massage with Metta. The speedboat trip to the sandy turquoise waters was very enjoyable. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, the impression we got was they just want you to have a great holiday, and nothing was too much trouble. Would we return? 100% Yes! We cant wait! Read less

Rowena and the lounge team have been really good on our first night. We had an issue with our room when we checked in and it was soon resolved with an apology by Istanbulu.
