Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort

This was our 3rd trip to the Jumeriah our favourite hotel in Abu Dhabi. A lovely welcome, straight to our room despite an early arrival and location in a quiet location on a high floor towards the spa end. We enjoyed the beach everyday and also the spa. Service was excellent and we like the option to try the different restaurants. We were slightly disappointed that Sal was still not open and that there some private functions closed the roof terrace. However all in a great visit , the beach as stunning as always and we hope to return in future. Read less

I visited this week on my birthday and I can't explain how great memories I had. Yacine and Jacky at the reception received us with warm hearts. The check-in was quick and we didn't have to wait long, Jacky gave us a house tour and to our suprise our room was upgraded from standard to one bedroom suite. Thanks Ms Inessa for amazing amenities arranged and a beautiful message. We spend most of the time in adult pool since the beach was very hot. The eco friendly environment makes the hotel stunning. One lifeguard, didn't catch his name though, at the pool was very welcoming and providing us with enough water every time. We visited various restaurants and the food was amazing. We were lucky to get a late check out, they also offered to keep our luggage at the store and we stayed by the pool till evening. On our way home I forgot my phone at the pool and Salifu was willing to go out and get it for me despite high humidity.Thanks so much for that gesture. Bonface at the lobby also was very helpful. We went on a family vacation and had the most amazing time! The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Outstanding on all levels. We had a spacious and very stylish suite we loved coming back to. 2 balconies and a bed out of my dreams. All the staff was very professional and friendly. The food delicious in all the restaurants. The pool and beach area and the service excellent. We just loved everything. We had the most perfect stay and we will for sure be back this winter! Read less

From the moment we booked our holiday, I sent enquiry emails to the team and they went above and beyond to provide us with the information. We could not wait to arrive as the team were looking after us before we had even arrived! Upon arrival, the door team helped us with our luggage and were very welcoming. The entrance was breath taking, beautiful, airy and light. We were welcomed by reception and loved our gift of water bottles as the hotel are known for their sustainability. We arrived to our room and were blown away! It was beautiful, spacious, clean and airy. When booking, we had booked the family suite, we were welcomed with an array of treats, fruits and drinks. A special touch which we will always remember. Every day our room was cleaned to a high standard and attention to detail showed just how caring your team are. From arranging our toiletries in the bathroom, to clipping our charger lead, to placing our slippers ready for us, having treats such as chocolates by our bed, lip balm, soothing after sun cream. Even leaving a book mark for our book, this was touching. The hotel really knows how to take care of their guests. By the pool we were always welcomed with a smile and a chat, every staff member made us feel important, asked us about our day and were attentive to our needs. We were given cold water and refreshing fruits. Edison made sure we were always kept cool with the cold water mist. The children loved it! The life guards were very thorough in looking after all the guests. Although my son was with us, he coughed a few times in the pool and they would always come over and ask if he was ok. All the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to look after us. I did not catch every single persons name but here are a few to name: By the pool, we were very well looked after by- Edison, Raju, Christian, Gede, Sai, Mann, Rohan, Zain, Simon and Pankaj and others whose name we did not catch. The children would look out for Zain and Simon everyday for ice cream. We enjoyed meals in all the restaurants and the food was to a high standard. Breakfast every morning was a great start to our day especially being welcomed by Rachiel, always smiling and asking us about our day. Unfortunately we did not catch anyone else’s name from White but every single person from wait staff to food station staff were extremely friendly and attentive, they always attended to us with a smile and could not do enough for us. All the staff at reception and in the foyer were always ready to help and always greeted us with a smile. A huge thanks to Yacine and the whole team for taking care of us and always ready to help.
