This was my first time staying at a Ritz-Carlton and oh my gosh I don’t know if I can stay anywhere else now. The service, hospitality and food were all over the top!! I looked forward to going to the lobby every afternoon where Serigne served dates and Arabic coffee. He was so friendly and personable. And his outfit and service made you feel like you were royalty staying in a palace. Ashok the bellhop remembered our names every time we saw him and always offered service to us. It was a wonderful visit! Loved the food and ambiance. Saber looked after us well! He was very kind and professional. Thank you to the staff and the excellent chefs. We will definitely come back! Try the lamb cutlets, they were delicious! And of course, dessert is a must!
