Address Beach Resort is located in Jumeirah Beach Residence, nestled in the heart of The Beach, close to waterfront leisure, dining destinations, retail outlets and entertainment. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: approximately 30 minutes.

Deluxe Sea View Rooms are spacious, with views of the infinite ocean and iconic Ain Dubai. With 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. 

Deluxe Sea View Room with Balcony, with your own private balcony to enjoy the stunning views. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. 

Junior Sea View Suite with Balcony with a private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf. With 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child, or 3 adults. 

Executive Sea View Suites with Balcony are spacious, larger suites with your own private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf, and complimentary breakfast, as well as VIP welcome amenities and happy hour at Li’ Brasil (selected house beverages only, restricted to the bar area from 5pm to 7pm). With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults.

The Restaurant (extensive assortment of cuisine and signature dishes, across a variety of dining spaces). Li’ Brasil (indoor and outdoor cocktail bar and lounge, and restaurant serving Lebanese and Brazilian cuisine). The Beach Grill (relaxed outdoor bar serving fresh, tender grills). Lobby Lounge (offering light snacks and refreshments). Zeta Seventy Seven (located on level 77, with breath-taking views and an Asian inspired menu). Room service is available as per the a la carte menu, and is chargeable upon consumption.

Infinity pool (one of the tallest in the world). Further pools include the Adult Pool, Family Pool and Kids SplashPad. The Spa at Address (the highest spa in Dubai, with panoramic views from all treatment rooms and a range of treatments). 24-hour fitness centre. QIX Club (kids club with a range of stimulating activities, open 9am-9pm).

Lovely Stay - Amazing Property- Great breakfast and all round luxury at the highest level Breakfast had all the offerings The pool was 1 of the best experienced- absolute opulence Staff and team friendly and welcoming Room was lovely- clean and well maintained

Nice hotel but there are parts that don’t function well. It takes 4 lifts from your room to the roof pool. So if you forget something it is a complete pain to go back. On the roof service is by an electronic pad which doesn’t work. At least it didn’t for us. I had to ask twice to get a drink before it was served. Oh and once the order was taken… Read more

Oh and once the order was taken it took 20mins to bring 2 simple drinks. View is of course stunning from the infinity pool. At breakfast the service is really slow. You have to order coffee at the table and again I had to ask several times to get. No omelette station in the buffet, the dreaded table order. Omelette was good but was served in a bowl for some reason which made it difficult to eat with a knife and fork. Lunch for us at the pool restaurant was good but we eat inside but I did see people complaining about the wait to get their drinks at the poolside. Read less

We had the most amazing stay for our honeymoon at The Address beach resort! Every detail has been considered, allowing guests to have the most relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved Zeta 77, special thanks to Hsu for making us feel so welcome.

Amazing place to unwind with family. Great kids activities Amazing staff supporting your experience, big thanks to all of them!!! music band was Ukraian, we as Moldavians enjoyed songs of our life and sang together!!! Really appreciate the support of everyone to make the experience unique!

Great superhero brunch experience. Lovely servers, fun entertainment and the kids splash and play area a bonus for our kids as we enjoyed the food and drink. Servers Rajan, Naim, John (manager) and Bruce were fantastic. A credit to the hotel.
