The hotel is big, staff are great, we eat at Luciano's and the food was amazing and the people working there are friendly and willing to make you confortable. Thanks to Mahmoud there, he took care of us, the pizzas were good and they changed the menu for us to satisfy our request.

I visit hotels in Dubai very often, every 2-3 months. What I like about this hotel is that the staff is very smiling and cheerful, I especially remember Wajahat. overall, delicious food, huge territory, beautiful rooms. this is a hotel to return to.
