The hotel boasts the largest rooms along the residence each with its own balcony facing the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah. Recently added family rooms make this hotel ideal for travelling with little ones, offering plenty of space and views of Ain Dubai and Bluewater Island. Half Board option: includes breakfast and dinner at the all-day dining restaurant Horizon (buffet) only. 

Half Board Dine Around option: includes breakfast served at Horizon, plus dinner served in Horizon, Fumo (open for dinner seasonally), Rosso, Benihana and JB's. Dinner is served with 1 house alcoholic drink, or 2 soft drinks.  

Full Board option: includes breakfast at Horizon (buffet), lunch at Rosso or Pool Deck, and dinner at the Horizon (buffet). 

Full Board Dine Around option: includes breakfast served at Horizon (buffet), lunch served at Horizon (buffet), Rosso, Pool Deck, plus dinner served in Horizon (buffet), Fumo (open for dinner seasonally), Rosso,  Benihana and JB's. Dinner is served with 1 house alcoholic drink, or 2 soft drinks. 

All Inclusive option: includes breakfast at Horizon (buffet), lunch at Rosso or Pool Deck, and dinner at Horizon (buffet), with selected soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. 

All Inclusive Dine Around option: includes the same meal options as Full Board dine around, plus selected unlimited drinks served in the mentioned restaurants as well as Rosso Terrace and Pool Deck, with alcoholic beverages available from 12:00pm to 11:00pm. 

Sea Front View Room with Balcony rooms have 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Sea View Family Room with Balcony rooms have 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping a maximum 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children.

I would like to express my gratitude, with a special mention to Svetlana and Sultana, who oversee the guest sightseeing concierge desk in the hotel lobby. Their exceptional service has undoubtedly added immense value to the overall experience. Every recommendation they provided was of a five-star quality, contributing to an unforgettable experience during my tours in Abu Dhabi, desert safari trips, and Dubai sightseeing. Notably, they even secured a ticket to the Museum of the Future, which was sold out online. If you find yourself at the hotel, I highly recommend seeking advice from these wonderful ladies. This hotel was recommended by friends and we are so glad we booked here as we had the best time ever! The staff were wonderful, our room was lovely, the location couldn’t have been any better and the service was faultless. After mentioning we were celebrating a wedding anniversary, we were delighted to find rose petals on our bed on our arrival and little treats in our room. A special mention has to go to Sujin and Hassan (who looked after us so well poolside) and Moh Moh (in the Rosso restaurant, who never let our glasses go empty and was so attentive). But every member of staff was friendly, efficient and courteous to us. We successfully navigated the tram and metro to various attractions from the hotel and it was lovely to be able to walk over to the Marina and shop in the gorgeous Mall, and have a leisurely stroll each day along the beach walk taking in all the sights. We had the All Inclusive (run of house) hotel package which allowed us to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks (including alcoholic ones) included in the cost. We highly recommend this hotel if visiting Dubai and we hope to visit again next year. Read less

Advantages of staying here: - You are within walking distance of JB - You can walk to shops on the promenade and the harbour behind the hotel - The tour bus stops right outside the hotel - Friendly staff - Clean rooms - Good quality food - Easy to catch a taxi from outside the hotel Disadvantages of staying here: - Do not come here if you want a quiet night sleep. It is extremely noisy from early hours with cars and taxis beeping and supercars revving and racing outside. - IT IS NOT A BEACHFRONT HOTEL!!! You have to walk out of the hotel and onto the promenade to get to the public beach. - Building work takes place opposite in the early hours whilst it’s cooler - No adult only pool. From the minute we arrived at Amwaj Rotana we were greeted by the most wonderful friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel at 10am and paid a minimal fee for an upgrade to be able to check into our room within the hour. The room had great views, good size and very clean. We had booked the all-inclusive dine around package, I was a bit apprehensive about it, as I had read reviews that you had to order from a different menu, this was not problem as this menu was adequate with plenty of choice, the Mai Tai cocktail was lovely and deck sandwich, we had waiter service around the pool area. The location was excellent, only a 10minute walk to the Marina to pick up our speed tour. Breakfast had a good choice. A big thank you to the two-bar staff in Rosso that helped me set up my phone for calling when I was receiving a very urgent phone call. On our second evening I received a phone call advising that my father had only a few days to live, we made the decision that we needed to bring our holiday to an end. My phone would not connect again, the concierge desk kindly allowed me to use their phone to call Emirates Holiday's to change our flights to the next available flight at 7.40am, Emirates Holiday office was closed so I phoned Emirates Flights, the gentleman on the phone simple advised me that he couldn’t help I had booked through Emirates Holiday and needed to speak to them direct and their office didn’t open till 9am, I stressed how important it was that I got on the 7.40am flight, he simple said there's nothing he could do!! I returned to my room very stressed, when the young lad on the concierge desk called our room to advise that he wasn’t happy with Emirates response and he had found another 24hr number, he even phoned to ensure that they could help me, before advising me. By 10.30pm I was booked on the next flight out of Dubai, unfortunately Dad did pass away an hour later. I cannot thank the lad on the concierge desk for his help it was great reassurance to know I was going to be on my way home to be with my family. On checking out the hotel the staff were lovely giving their best wishes. I will return to the Amwaj Rotana and finish the rest of my holiday next year. Read less

We went a desert safari by recomendation of the hotel guide. Svetlana offered a VIP tour and telled about diffences with a simple tour. We were very pleased and had incredible emotions! I highly recommend to buy tours with this guide.
