Half Board: includes a 3-course set menu at Demon Duck or Alizee. Should any Half Board guests wish to experience a different dining option, a dining credit of AED175 per adult can be availed for dinner only at Demon Duck or Alizee as an alternative to the set menu option.

I have visited this stunning property 3 times in the past 4 months and leave more impressed every time. From the superior service of the front office staff every encounter is nothing short of 5 star service. I have witnessed the breathtakingly beautiful property transform with more and more facilities on every visit. Ms. Nadia, the front office manager, Jan and Michael are some of the kindest and most customer centered professionals I have ever encountered. They are true gems to this property. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Friendly yet professional staff. They made us feel so special for our wedding anniversary (not once, as usual, but multiple times) and were extremely thoughtful through and through. Beautiful rooms, views and incredible restaurants.

Everything was great. The food is very delicious. The staff very friendly and helpful at all times. The pool as well as the beach area is fantastic. The service is great.

As former patrons of Caesars Palace Dubai we were very excited about the changes since the hotel was taken over by Banyan Tree. Although the hotel and beach area are significantly smaller than before (Banyan Tree only took over the main building of the former Caesars Palace hotel. The former Julius Tower has been taken over by Delano Hotels which is also part of the Ennismore Group) we totally enjoyed our stay and experienced an excellent service level of all employees, that was event higher than before. Our recent vacation was our first as a small family and we were joined by our 4 months old baby girl. The hotel staff did everything to make her feel well and the treated our daughter with much love and heartiness. Beginning with a very warm welcome by the doormen Kevin and Clarence, who were extremely welcoming every day, we had the opportunity to get an early check-in after our night flight, that was more than helpful for us. Furthermore the uncomplicated WhatsApp communication with the reception team that we used on a daily basis was very comfortable. What really stood out was the service level in the entire hotel. Everybody displayed an impressive memory and was very attentive. The team of the Alizée restaurant for example remembered our names and food preferences right after our first restaurant visit. Every member of the team showed a very authentic way of friendliness. From the reception with Regina, who received us every day with a very warm smile every morning, to the waiters (here we want to mention especially: Abhay, Helena, Sourav, Suraj, Abhay, and Mohamed) everything was perfect. At the Demon Duck restaurant Navarag always took care of us and did everything he could to satisfy us. In the pool area Michael and Mary Anne were always in very good spirits, danced attendance on us and did a fantastic job. Last but not least we want to thank Norbert for the great housekeeping and his kindness. Since we are both managers in companies we know about the difficulties to find and retain the best people. They are so precious and the key for businesses to become and stay successful. For this reason we recommend you to continually promote the above named employees and always treat them well. These are the ones who make the difference for guests like us! They made us feel „home away from home“, so we will certainly be back in early 2025 and are looking forward to our next stay.
