Good location and facilities. We got a massive three-bedroom/bathroom suite with a nice kitchen. It was good yet not extraordinary. The breakfast is outstanding. Hotel has an excellent lounge for elites, very good for meetings. This is a great choice for Marriot members.

The staff were exceptional. We were picked up from the airport, this comes inclusive in the Junior Suite rate, and taken to the hotel. We were treated like royalty. The check in was superb. There is a free airconditioned shuttle to their sister hotel, which is about 5 minutes drive away, where you can enjoy the beach, pool and swim up bar. We would definitely stay at Grosvenor House again. Do yourself and favour and book now. Read less

I had an absolutely awful experience at Grosvenor Hotel. I suffered a serious nail injury while on the property, and shockingly, the staff showed zero concern or assistance. I was left to deal with a painful injury on my own and had to go to the hospital for medical attention, which now requires follow-up appointments. Not one staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the situation, which shows a complete lack of care for their guests' well-being. For a hotel that markets itself as luxurious, this level of negligence is unacceptable. If you expect to be treated with basic human decency in case of an emergency, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I’ll never be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Read less
