Excellent service in the executive lounge by Lydia and the straff. Enjoyed the service by Anil in the Vero restaurant, our preferred restaurant in the hotel, both outside and inside dining. Much too crowded in the pool with lots of children playing, jumping… Very crowded at the Beach as well. Otherwise nice hotel, but Dubai is very expensive now,.

It’s now a little dated but very clean and rooms spacious, staff helpful. It now caters for overcrowded tourism, lobby is active all day, pool is crowded with families and children and beach beds crammed next to each other to maximise capacity. This end of Jumeirah Beach now feels a like Margate on a hot British day. Location on The Walk is fantastic, just walk out and you are in the hub of it all. You can access The tram/Train/taxis etc… all from being based here but for me I’ll be looking for something a little more stylish and tranquil in future. Read less
