208 suites. All with balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, TV, tea/coffee maker, safe, Elemis amenities, bathrobes and hairdryer. Rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults and 1 infant or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years) and 1 infant. Garden View Junior Suites enjoy lush views of the resort's gardens.

These meals include 1 x starter, 1 x main course, and 1 x dessert per person in the a la carte restaurants. 

The package also includes snacks like ice lollies, crisps and nuts, and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 

Alcohol service as part of All Inclusive is from 11:00 am until 12:00 midnight. Beverages indicated with sun mark at package included restaurants are part of the All Inclusive Package. 

Items on the food menu indicated with a Chef’s Hat are Chef’s Specials and are not part of the package. Anything beyond this amount will be chargeable. 

Room Service and mini-bar are not part of the package and are chargeable upon consumption. 

Any F&B event or special promotions are not included in the package.

All Inclusive guests are eligible for AED 150 dining credit at Kinara and Soul Beach (applicable for dinner only).

One meal includes 1 x starter, 1 x main course and, 1 x dessert per person in the a la carte restaurants.  

Tamr Pool Bar and Tamr Terrace, exclusively for Palm Tree Court guests only. 

All beverages are chargeable as per consumption.  

Half Board guests are eligible for a dining credit of AED 150 per adult, per day at White Orchid, Kinara and Soul Beach (applicable for dinner only). 

The redemption of this credit for dinner forms part of the Half Board package, if lunch is also consumed on the day of redemption this is chargeable.

Garden Terrace Junior Suites have a terrace with sun loungers and lead directly into the resorts gardens.

Sea View Junior Suites are situated just metres from the beach with fantastic views of the Arabian Gulf from a private balcony. 

Enjoy direct beach access from the Beachfront Terrace Junior Suites, along with a seating area and terrace with sun loungers, leading into the resorts gardens.

Guests staying in the 1-Bedroom Suite and the following room categories are entitled to Club Lounge access and the benefits below:

- Access to the Club Lounge with light refreshments throughout the day and cocktails/canapes in the evening

- Access to dedicated saltwater pool with poolside beverage service

Sea View 1-Bedroom Suites are much larger and feature a master bedroom, separate living area and ocean views.

The Sea View Residence Junior Suites, Beachfront Residence One and Two Bedroom Suites are the epitome of Palm Tree Court luxury with amazing beachfront locations and gorgeous sea views. The Residence 2-Bedroom Suites sleep maximum 4 adults and 2 children. They also benefit from the Residence special privileges below:

The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable..special thanks to Ms.Anjali, chef Abu and Mr.Sachin..thanks for the lovely experience. A surprise birthday cake was served to us which was fantabulous. I will visit again for staycation.

We so enjoy our holidays to the JA Resort and love staying at Palm Tree Court. The whole resort is so clean and well maintained. Our sea front room was so spacious with everything you need and with a fantastic housekeeping team. We had one or 2 minor issues with a plug and our door lock but the maintenance team quickly sorted this out. Most days were spent by the Tamr Pool and we were so well looked after by our lovely Dinesh along with Sunhil, Raman and Martin. The team at the bar were great as well. For dinner our absolute favourite restaurant is the amazing White Orchid, the food is out of this world as are the cocktails (thank you Arun and Dilan). But a polite ask to management, please could maybe have more staff preparing cocktails in the evening as the staff are flat our constantly making drinks and if the bar and restaurant are full there can sometimes be a bit of a wait. However regardless of that the beautiful hosts, bar staff and restaurant team are just amazing and that paired with the fantastic food is the reason why White Orchid is an absolute must. We enjoyed some casual meals at the Sports Bar which had been set up fantastically for the Rugby World Cup with an airconditioned marquee. We also enjoyed our dinner at RePUBlik, again with wonderful staff. (they are everywhere you go) The other restaurants are all worth a visit and might be down to personal preference how much you enjoy them. Breakfast is amazing - we only ate at the buffet this time due to high daytime temperatures, but there is everything you could want. Lunch was either at the Tamr Pool area or the Captains Table. Sadly on this visit the buffet at Palm Tree Court was only offering breakfast as there was some renovations going on, although we could have used the other buffets at the other hotels. (We also missed Captains Table and Bibe Rooftop bar as they were closed due to the high evening temperatures) The reception staff and all the front of house team are so helpful and friendly. And as my husband is a keen golfer I can report that if you do opt to play golf you will enjoy your round/s and time with the team there. We love Palm Tree Court, yes it isn't your plush/trendy/high vibe as City Hotels and Resorts but you might quite like that. However with that said there are just a couple of things that would make the JA Resort and Palm Tree Court just that little bit better : 1. A little bit more nightlife would be welcome - there is only one lounge singer in the whole resort. 2. There is a buggy service running between all the key areas but at certain times of the day this can be exceptionally busy and can be a long wait if you wanted to go to Lake View, so a few more buggies for this service would be welcome. To summarise - Palm Tree Court is a beautiful resort and definately worth a visit if you are after relaxing holiday. What makes it truly exception are the amazing staff and I would personally like to thank our fabulous Dinesh, Sunhil, Raman, Martin, Dev, Arun, Dilan, lovely Sanjay, Anudeep, Deepak, Tejas and the beautiful Chloe. I wish I had everyone's name as you are all exceptional and so very lovely. Back to JA resorts in January but this time trying the Lake View. Counting down the days x Read less

Once again, a fabulous week at the JA Palm Tree Court. The resort was quiet for a change and we were able to try all the pools and restaurants at times that suited us. The food was excellent and the variety of choices across Sette, White Orchid and Republic meant that each evening had opportunities to try a different dish. The staff were really attentive and knew when to check and when to be in the background. Great service without intruding at any point. One of the best features of the resort is the pretty little golf course which was in excellent condition and offers a fair challenge for beginners and pros alike. As it is on-site, it is great to finish breakfast at 10 and finish 9 holes by midday. All in all another great vacation in one of our favourite places. The staff and location are unique. Too many to mention but Tamr, the golf club, Sette and Republik restaurant and pool bar show how great customer service works. Read less

100% outstanding! Loved the rooms, the views, the attention to detail, and the care offered to us as their guests. The rooms are relaxing, and the beds are cosy. The resort is packed with activities, and there isn’t any part of it that isn’t utterly gorgeous. Highly recommend!
