Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service available. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Hotel information

387 rooms and 43 suites. All with open plan bathrooms, HD LCD TV, DVD player, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. All rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) plus an existing sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years). Resort Deluxe rooms are open plan with lovely resort views.

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

Ocean Deluxe rooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views.

Resort Superior rooms have extended terraces with views over the resorts gardens and swimming pools.

Pool Terrace rooms enjoy direct access to the resorts adult pool.

Housekeeping is so amazing, every evening we had sweets or cookies for the kids, stuffed toys, and baby cot was prepared with toy, swimming diapers and a soft blanket.. the housekeeping offers to wash baby bottles and are so well mannered and sweet. KIDS CLUB is amazing, such a kind team, my son was enjoying every day there. They sing the most amazing song and give so many presents for the kids that are leaving the hotel on their last day… I got emotional because it was such a little party that they make for the kids, it is amazing! Pool areas: amazing staff amazing pools amazing water temperature, everyone is easy going and kind Breakfast has such a broad variety ! Very delicious , cooks come to the breakfast area and greet you, remember you by name, staff is amazing!
