The hotel itself is perfect in every way and is laid out in such a way that it never feels crowded. The reception staff are a joy to deal with, Emily and Concalo were as helpful as they come. Other staff including Mark and Mohammed always checked to ensure every need was being met. A very personal hotel stay where you feel as if all staff know you. Rooms are serviced immaculately and the pool area feels as if you are in your own haven without ever feeling crowded. The breakfast buffet is 10/10 with such a diverse menu and perfect service. When travelling to Dubai it has to be top of the list without a doubt. A truly brilliant experience that will leave a lasting memory. Read less

From the moment we arrived at al Naseem, we were greeted by friendly/helpful staff. This was continued throughout our whole stay! Anything we needed, we got! The staff are absolutely incredible! Special mention to Hamza, Mamun, Chef Robin and Esther for making our stay the best! We were greeted by the pool every morning by Mamun, who couldn’t do enough for us! Hamza who remembered our drinks ordered every morning by the pool. Chef Robin, for cooking dairy and egg free meals for our little boy, on request! Anyone with allergy children will understand the anxiety of going to another country, but chef Robin made us feel at ease with the food he was personally making for our son! Finally Esther, who went above and beyond every breakfast to ensure we were provided with the highest standard, building a great bond with our little boy who looked for her every morning! Our overall stay was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were immaculate, the service was 10/10 and the overall atmosphere was like no where we have ever stayed before! I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We are looking forward to returning next year! Read less

This hotel is known for luxury & for the most part that is exactly what it is. The Dior book bag is as common as the complimentary beach bag. The service is excellent & personable. But every now & then that luxury slips. Going to the pool at 10am & it being nearly empty but the majority of sun loungers have been ‘reserved’. Certain areas of the hotel feel quite warm & slightly uncomfortable. The food is excellent & though the choice at the buffet restaurant The Palmery is not as extensive as other hotels the quality is exceptional. We dined at The Rockfish, again excellent food, fantastic live music but the price of luxury here is the lighting is so dim you can barely see your plate. This place is money, as we walked past a waiter having an argument with a hostess he said ‘I have made enough tips today to pay your salary’. Glad we have stayed but would not rush back & would look to other hotels we know & love to bring the children. Read less

Great service - the staff were very friendly and attentive. Was provided with all that I needed, including pharmacy products late at night due to allergies.

First time visit to Dubai. Hotel staff was outstanding. Great check-in experience, offered us water while we waited to complete the process. Gave my wife a dozen roses. The Palmery restaurant had a breakfast buffet with healthy options, and other bakery items and pancakes to indulge in, if you choose to. Housekeeping accidentally took the shower gel, brought my wife a gift basket to apologize and brought the gel back within minutes. Pool service was wonderful, everyone said good morning or afternoon as you passed by. Great place to stay and the Souq on the property made it easy to shop. Uber ride (Black) ,to Mall of the Emirates was $10US Read less
