The hotel

The Jumeirah Al Naseem's setting in the resort means you can see the iconic sky-scraping sail of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, and get easy access to Madinat Jumeirah’s treats, with a half board plan letting you dine in up to 60 restaurants, many in the Arabian-style souk. Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service available. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

Hotel information

387 rooms and 43 suites. All with open plan bathrooms, HD LCD TV, DVD player, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. All rooms have 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) plus an existing sofa bed (120cm x 180cm), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years). Resort Deluxe rooms are open plan with lovely resort views.

Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Madinat Jumeirah, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included. 

Please note: some restaurants require a supplement fee.

Ocean Deluxe rooms are spacious with beautiful ocean views.

Resort Superior rooms have extended terraces with views over the resorts gardens and swimming pools.

Pool Terrace rooms enjoy direct access to the resorts adult pool.

The crown jewel and most lxurious resort at the Madinat Jumeriah complex. Completely a world of it's own. Feels separated from the rest of the complex; while still having the convenience and accessibility to a myriad of restaurants and the souk! Being on the Naseem property you can't even tell that you are in the middle/heart of all of the action. Located at the far end, closest hotel to Summersalt Beach Club and the causeway/bridge to Burj al Arab. View of the Burj al Arab from Rockfish restaurant on property, most (if not all) seats at the main pool and adult pool, and most importantly from our balcony (room 555). We booked through Amex where early check-in is usually a perk. Since early check-in was not available, Al Naseem was very gracious and offered us a 3-course meal at the pool restaurant on the house- which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was vigilant, and always efficient when the "makeup room" light was turned on. Fast room service. We also stayed at Mina A' Salam on the same property, and the clientele at Al Naseem was much "higher-end" so to speak. No conferences or large business groups being hosted, as we experienced at the latter hotel on the same property. Mina A' Salam's service also did not have the same luxurious touch in the way of atmosphere created, and Mina A' Salam's staff seemed more stressed/ overwhelmed due to the various conferences they were hosting on property. We had absolutely no problem getting sunbeds on the beach or by the pool at any time of the day. We had a Pool terras room, which make you feel like having your own private apartment facing the most beautiful pool in the world. The staff at the pool and Sugarmash are beyond this world. Team manager Sreejith is one of the friendliest people I have ever met, he runs his team and make you feel really special. Many thanks to Attia, always there with his great smile. We will never forget Muktar the best pool service man in the world. Every day he takes care of all people at the pool. Nothing is too much and he is perfectly helpful. He sees everything and nothing is too much. Jumeirah can be proud of these people. The gardens in the property are well maintained and beautiful to walk through. Breakfast at the Palmery is a must do; never saw a better trained staff and all the food is like fine dining. A special thanks to Daniele , guest relations because he was there for us 24/7.
