Meaning 'City of Jumeirah', Madinat Jumeirah is a fabulous complex offering an excellent range of facilities. Jumeirah Al Qasr is the ‘palace’ offering palatial guest rooms decorated in traditional Arabian style with stunning views in opulent surroundings. Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

294 rooms and suites in 1 building on 8 floors with 4 lifts. All with private balcony, air-conditioning, separate bath tub and shower, HD LCD TV, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and luxury bathroom amenities.

All rooms have either 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) and sofa bed (120cm x 180cm, subject to availability), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).  

Arabian Deluxe Rooms have lush garden resort views.


Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

Beautiful, clean, calm, I recommand, Gaurav is a good guy, because one the room is always clean, and he usually ask guests if they need any help.. The hote is a palace, not just a hotel, made in luxury Arabic style, top service at all levels (Czarina Cruz was the one whom took care at the highest level of all my needs and requests, the breakfast is great, the cleaning of course with no mistake (Kemal took care in detail every time) and nearby you have a lot of options for restaurants within the Jumeirah network of the hotels (all in line, so walking distance everywhere). We stayed at Al Qasr for 7 nights in November. We had a perfect time here. From check-in to check-out everything was just great. The staff at the Arboretum always spoiled us, I would especially like to mention Justin and the trainee Mahadeo. They knew our names from day 2 and we were given a chocolate cake on departure! The rooms are well equipped and always clean. We would like to thank the housekeeping team and especially mention Sunil, he cleaned our room twice a day, thank you. The complex is huge and that is a very small minus point because of the fitness. You have to go to the neighboring hotel and this is not exactly around the corner. You have to plan a bit of time for this visit. Unfortunately we only discovered the most beautiful place on the beach on the last day, the adult pool and the beach are simply top and you can have a good time there. The check out was just great, Suhrbi did a great job. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next trip to Dubai and Al Qasr. Read less

This place is possibly the best hotel I’ve even stayed in. The staff and the facilities are outstanding, cleanliness is second to none and the general way we were treated goes above and beyond anything I could imagine. We will be booking again next year. Quite simply if Dubai is your destination then this is The hotel to stay….10/10
