Meaning 'City of Jumeirah', Madinat Jumeirah is a fabulous complex offering an excellent range of facilities. Jumeirah Al Qasr is the ‘palace’ offering palatial guest rooms decorated in traditional Arabian style with stunning views in opulent surroundings. Where is it

Situated in the Jumeirah area conveniently located for access to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. Madinat Jumeirah is adjacent to the Burj Al Arab, Wild Wadi Waterpark™ and Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and is 10 minutes by car to the nearest shopping mall with complimentary shuttle bus service. At the heart of the resort is the Souk Madinat Jumeirah – a traditional Arabic retail and dining experience. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 35 minutes.

294 rooms and suites in 1 building on 8 floors with 4 lifts. All with private balcony, air-conditioning, separate bath tub and shower, HD LCD TV, complimentary WiFi access, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar*, safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and luxury bathroom amenities.

All rooms have either 1 king-size bed or twin beds (subject to availability) and sofa bed (120cm x 180cm, subject to availability), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).  

Arabian Deluxe Rooms have lush garden resort views.


Half Board option: includes buffet breakfast at your property, plus a choice of lunch or dinner which is available on a dine-around basis at a selection of over 40 restaurants within the Jumeirah resorts: Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam, Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Jumeirah Emirates Towers and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Transport is not included.

This is the second time we have visited the complex which includes many hotels and when opting for half board allows you to pick any of the 50 or so eateries. The villa we stayed in in was quite superb with spacious rooms large terrace and small garden. In reality other than going on an Abra (small boat)or buggy (both free for hotel guests) to one of the restaurants we could have stayed in and around the room as the beach was across the road from us and two swimming pools nearby. As in many Dubai hotels the furnishings are lavish, the bathrooms spacious and service first class. We had a great time, met some lovely people and made friends at happy hour every night. The breakfasts are just great and the choice of restaurants as good as anywhere though we preferred Hide, Pierchi and PaiThai to the buffets which were themselves, outstanding. The best thing about this hotel is the staff who are so nice friendly and helpful. If I had to select anyone as outstanding it would be Subaath at our villa and Than (I apologise if spelled incorrectly) but the French Riviera breakfast staff were particularly helpful and cheery. The Chef and his staff there are really helpful. A great place to go and enjoy and relax at the pools and if they repair the beach erosion, must be one the best holiday options for anyone wo can afford it. Its not a cheap option but worth it.
