The building and the rooms are in a traditional Arabian style which I loved, the details are beyond words and it is like entering a magic world with all sort of amenities. Get ready to enjoy the surrounding beaches and vegetation, the beautiful infinitive pools, the beach clubs and cocktail bars. The whole resort is wide and full of attractions, including 27 restaurants, I chose half board with my team and we couldn't be happier with the variety of choices and entertainment provided. It is a memorable stay. Read less

Hello, I booked the week-end at Jumeirah Al-Qasr, to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. Although, prior to our arrival, I wrote many emails, asking for a special welcoming in the room, with a cake, note, we arrived and no room was ready, we were sent into a "lounge" with 6 other families to open our suitcases on the floor in front of all, in the event we wanted to at least used the pool. The front desk person raised his voice at me when at 3 pm I called them to know when we could have a room, and he asked me to come in the lobby, in bathing suit, to get it. When we got in the room, at a very expensive price, we had nothing, not even a fruit bowl, no note, nothing. They had no clue it was my husband's celebration, no attention to details. I also asked for late check-out, they completely ignored it. Since we go to Jumeirah hotels every week, I called staff at the Jumeriah Sadiyaat, they put me in touch with Damien from Al-Qasr, he saved our stay. I told him that Al Qasr was an embarrassment to the Jumeirah chain, no professionalism, no care. He went beyond to help us and to actually make our stay nice. We won't be going back there, much better Al-Naseem or Sadiyaat, if you will be spending that amount of money, better be for hotel that are truly 5 stars, not Al-Qasr. Read less

I did get lost on the first day a few times but soon got used to everything . The is top notch with lots of varieties so something for everyone . The jewel of the hotel is its hardworking committed staff who want to ensure your stay is memorable . Everything is extremely well maintained and clean. - Beautiful Arabic atmosphere and style - 1.5 km private beach - Even though it was fully booked and full of people, there was always enough space, loungers, etc. You never have the feeling that there are too many people - In the huge pool, despite there being a lot of people and children, there was always enough space and distance from other guests in the water - We had an Arabian Deluxe Club Room (number 236) with a bit of a view on the lagoon and top of the Burj al Arab. Huge bed. Nice large bathroom with walk-in shower - We particularly liked the access to the Palace Lounge, with breakfast, tea and sundowners. Pablo looked after us impeccably and fulfilled every wish Read less
