It is absolutely brilliant and incredibly efficient, making every request seamless and promptly attended to. From arriving at the resort to leaving nothing was too much trouble for the resort staff on arrival we had a warm welcome from our butler and we were shown to our room - all amenities of the room were shown to us. the morning after we met Lucia our butler who was on her day off upon our arrival - nothing was an issue when ever we met Lucia we were always met with a large smile - dinner reservations / buggies for transfers never an issue - also we met Brian - Lucia's manager - again always met us with a big smile and could not do any more for us - from arranging our airport collection with emirates and collection of our baggage upon us checking out. fantastic service and we will return in the future. The hotel and staff were also fantastic and as a world traveller this stay was one of the best we have done - the service and welcome we received made us feel at home. Wonderful stay

We stayed in the Arabian villas, enjoyed the private pool for quieter days. loved the boats to travel around the resort. Enjoyed the drinks service in the courtyard, luxury experience and would definitely return. Great to have use of so many restaurants across the hotel group. Wild wadi was great fun too! Staff we encountered where brilliant.

We have been staying at the summer houses since the resort opened and were delighted to experience the newly refurbished Arabian Superior rooms. in Villa 21. Love the new decor and touches similar to the gulf summerhouses like a dresser area, large bathroom and shower. Practically everything has been thought about. The happy hour we personally preferred 6-8 timing and over the years selections have been less but I think it would be good to have more variety and more themes for the happy hour. Exceptional service from our Butlers, AJ, Santiago, Anise and was great seeing supervisor Rem being handson. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Wouldn’t expect anything less!
