NH Collection Premium Lounge
Available exclusively for guests staying in Premium Club Sea View Rooms, One Bedroom Club Sea View Suites, Superior One Bedroom Seaview Apartment, Premium Club Room and Premium one Bedroom Sea View Club Apartment.
The Premium Lounge offers a selection of complimentary food and beverages such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and snacks operating hours 9:00am–9:00pm. And from 4:00pm–6:00pm there will be evening drinks and canapes served in REVO Café, which will include a selection of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, cheeses, fruits, and desserts. The drinks menu includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

I had such a wonderful stay at the NH collection, the staff were extremely friendly and would do anything to please you. However be careful with the all inclusive package because it’s not! After 11pm you have to pay for alcohol and any alcohol you get you cannot take back to your room you have to pay more for room service ( £20 for a double vodka lemonade at the bar). The beach was the same they charged you for everything including water in a 40 degree country regardless of the time! If you pay for premium which we did, it doesn’t add anything not sure what it means. It’s a very expensive price for all inclusive that gives you very little. If you’re to get a taxi I would book a Careem or an Uber as they are a lot cheaper than the hotel provide you with. All in all this hotel is amazing and I would definitely go back if they sort out their all inclusive issues. I have no problem with what they do just need to be abit clearer with what all inclusive means on your website. Also if you smoke you cannot smoke on your balcony you have to walk downstairs.

I had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at this amazing hotel. This was my first ever solo trip and I was a little apprehensive about the experience. That was short lived the moment I checked in and was met by the wonderful Ms Putri, forgive me if I spelt her name wrong. She was so welcoming and so friendly and i knew then that I had made the right choice picking this hotel. Once I got myself sorted I went up to the infinity pool bar where again I was met with super friendly service. I just sat back listening to the great tunes being played, sipping a beer and looking out at the fab night time view of the city. The room was clean and and possibly the biggest bed I have slept in, super comfy too. I had breakfast included and there so much choice. It's a very chic hotel, great vibes and ambience and very modern. The infinity pool is the highlight for me as well as the friendlyness of their staff. I would recommend the hotel in a heart beat and if I return to Dubai in the future I will definitely choose this hotel again.
