437 elegant rooms and suites within the whole resort. All accommodations in The Palace boast calming neutral tones and enhanced open spaces. Rooms also offer 40” full HD LCD TV, DVD player, WiFi access, vanity units and balcony/garden terrace. Palace Superior Rooms are sea-facing and overlook the gardens with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.
Half board: breakfast at Olives. Evening dinner can be enjoyed on buffet dinner basis. This can be enjoyed at either Olive Restaurant, or The Rotisserie. Alternatively a set-menu can be enjoyed at Tagine, Beach Bar & Grill and EauZone. Guests on the Half Board programme will receive a 25% discount on the food bill on evening dinner at Drift, Celebrities and Tresind restaurants at One&Only Royal Mirage and also at sister property One&Only The Palm restaurants.

Palace One Bedroom Executive Suites are located within the south wing of The Palace and are sea-facing. The suites have a separate lounge/dining area and a separate bedroom, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. Two Bedroom Suites are also available.
Palace Manzil One Bedroom Suites with 1 king-size bed sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child. Two Bedroom Suites are also available.
The Two Bedroom Royal Suite offers a spacious living room with Palm Island Bay views from a balcony, seperate dining area and two bedrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

I have stayed in many top class hotels across the world but this has to be at the very top of my list. It is so good I find it difficult to find anything that could be improved. Like other it is at the top end of the pricing spectrum but overall offers fantastic value for money.
Location, with the extensive extensive gardens this means hotel is insulated from the frenetic pace and noise of Dubai as such it means you can have a peaceful holiday but are only a very short and cheap taxi ride from the commercial centre.

Just returned from 10 days at the residence it has been fantastic. I stayed last year at the Arabian court which is also very good but the residence is just a step up. Patrick the butler was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and always ask if you need anything. Great trip

There are a few special people to mention Marianne the manager , and prisca head of manzil along with Jobi our personal butler who really made sure all our needs were met the lobby lounge staff manager khoula and Annie and Sheryl , also vino the lobby bar manager who was so attentive nothing is too much trouble for any of the team all the room staff and pool boys restaurant staff in olives and Gabrielle in beach bar restaurant such a brilliant happy team so polite and respectful it’s all of this that makes your stay extra special and gives you the want to return

One bad thing can spoil the whole thing a nice place with scam waiters order food they don’t give you your order yet they make you pay for the items they did not give you I was so disappointed a luxurious place and they can do that to customers Shame
