A real quality resort, exceptional service and accomodation. The highest compliment one can pay is to say "We will return".

Stayed here in 2005 with friends and it was superb. My friends visited again in June 2024. On return they told me how disappointed they were with their stay. Unfortunately we had already booked the hotel as part of our holiday. On arrival we were shown to our room and requested more hangers & iron & ironing board. We did not receive any of my requests. Room was okay but dated. Balcony was very small and hadn’t been cleaned so we never used it. We ate in all the restaurants and were disappointed by the quality of food. Having stayed at another hotel before coming here the restaurants here were not off the same standard. Visited One & Only on the Palm going over in the boat at night for dinner. On return we were left at the jetty in darkness with no transport to get to hotel lobby. Having a mobility problem meant I could not walk far and we tried to walk a bit but my pain increased so we sat on a wall. Eventually after 45 minutes a worker truck stopped and asked if we were okay. Thankfully he phoned reception and a buggy came in 15 minutes. My husband and I were soaked in sweat having been sat in the heat for so long. We were so angry and immediately informed reception who did say ohh I’m sorry about that. It was my birthday while we were there and I was given a small cake. We enjoyed the pool area and were looked after well. Beach looked fine until you went into water it was like a pond with algae, no tidal waves. Don’t think we would visit again. Read less

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights at The Palace to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we chose to fly overnight & arrived early, we knew our room was not guaranteed to be available, but not only were we upgraded to a suite, it was ready, I was also presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers on arrival. That in itself was a lovely start to our trip, but to be honest it just kept getting better, I cannot commend the staff/management & hotel enough, everyone we came across, were happy, helpful & nothing seemed to be to much trouble, we have stayed at many hotels along jumeirah beach & the palace not only lived up to our expectations it exceeded them, a special thank you has to go to Alauddin at the pool, Mohammed in the club lounge & Abdul in Olives, Alauddin anticipated our every need & works so hard in the heat but always with a smile, from cleaning our sunglasses, giving cucumber gel to revive tired eyes, cold water sprays & pillows made from a towel on our sunbed he made everyday special, our only negative is the 7 days appeared to fly by …. We will definitely return & if you are thinking of booking then please don’t hesitate to include The Palace…. Based on our experience you will not regret it …. Read less

We were let down by the Jumeirah beach hotel so changed our plans last minute and I think it was the best result.... Ground floor room was great with a little one... The staff second to none... In Jumeirah you just feel like a number... Beds comfiest ever... Never a problem getting a sun lounger... We ate at the rotisserie getting a buggy and again breakfast never busy and superb quality food. There is building work down at the Arabian Court but I think other reviews are a bit over the top.... It wasn't too noisy and the little slide there was lovely for our little boy. We had atlantis water park access which we did twice great fun Only thing we found slightly awkward was no food served around the pool which was hard with our little one The grounds and pools immaculate... At Jumeirah I have cut my feet before on missing and sharp tiles.... No chance of that at the one and only... And spotlessly clean everywhere.. Utilise the speed oat over to the palm if you get a chance too Thank you to all the staff especially the buggy drivers and doormen for being so kind to our little boy Read less

Fabulous hotel, highly luxurious, fantastic staff and facilities. Beautiful pool area, would have preferred the pool to be open later into the evening. Quality and selection at breakfast was first class. Complimentary entry to the Atlantis waterpark was a great touch.
