Absolutely amazing, staff were all so friendly and honestly could not do enough for us. A special mention for Gaurav (outlet manager at the Seafood Restaurant), Adrian who was passionate about his ice creams and many many more who’s names I forget, sorry about that but you were all so kind and quite simply made us have one of the very best holidays we’ve ever had.
I would strongly recommend the Steak Restaurant, and the Italian was simply outstanding.

Where to start.
Check-in, very quick and efficient, as we arrived at lunchtime we were directed to the lunchtime buffet while we were waiting on our rooms.
Food, what a choice, you name it you can have it and delicious as well.
My favourite was the grill station just outside the main restaurant on the left, choose which cuts of meat / chicken / kebabs or fish and its cooked fresh for you there and then.
3 additionally restaurants Fish / Italian and a steak restaurant, Warning you need to book before you arrive as they are very hard to get a date.
Room are very cleand and massive, we had a delux Seaview room.
Main pool bar is excellent and having a cold drink in the pool helps with the heat.
Kids club is a full.on experience for the youngsters virtually 10am till 9pm.
Free entry to the Atlantis waterpark and a free shuttle bus was top notch.
The Pub has a excellent range of premium drinks included in the ultra inclusive package, only some of the very expensive ones excluded.
All in the whole family had a ball, only downside was the excessive heat but it was August in Dubai and we spent mostly of it in the pool.
All the staff were very helpful and always very upbeat.

Had 8 nights at this amazing hotel. Cant recommend it highly enough. Beautiful location, in fact stunning. We had a two bedroom family suite. Very spacious, with two balconies overlooking the palm & Atlantis, the other looking over to the Burj Al Arab. What more could you ask for. Rooms are spotlessly clean.
The staff are superb, so friendly & helpful. The 3 restaurants on site are excellent, as is the self serve restaurant, with a massive choice of food.
Pool areas are lovely, with again wonderful staff that couldn’t do enough for us. Plenty of sun loungers & the pool staff will ensure you have everything you need.
We needed some minor medical assistance during our stay & Hamza our holiday assistant was so helpful, arranged a pharmacy to delivery some medication for us. Was very much appreciated.
This hotel has something for everyone, families, couples, friends. Have visited Dubai twice now, would definitely return to this hotel in our next visit.

We are currently staying at the hotel in room 2119. Where do we start ... This hotel is the best we've ever stayed at, and that experience was enhanced by the great service from all staff.
Food: We are here for 2 weeks so booked 6 a la carte restaurants within the hotel, 2 in each of the steak house, Italian and the seafood. All were amazing but so far the steak house just about wins with great starters and mains with exceptional service from Raheem and his colleagues; next being the Italian followed by the seafood Bodrum restaurant. Even in the general restaurant the food is probably the best we've had at an all inclusive resort with a wide selection of food of all varieties, again the staff are brilliant.
The hotel in general is kept spotless with cleaners everywhere, you never see any litter either inside or outside the hotel. There are 3 big pools, one of which is adults only where we have camped out for the duration of our stay. Our beds have been reserved for us from day one with the hotel towels by the fabulous pool staff, we have regularly been kept hydrated by them with water (in a cool box full of ice by the sunbeds) beer, and cocktails.
Customer Relations: Javed has been a star keeping everyone entertained throughout the day and also with some very useful information about the hotel and activities. We went to the waterpark (F.O.C) and this was made a simple process with tickets issued and towels allowed to be taken to the park and returned later in the day when we got back.
Rooms : Our room is a deluxe Seaview, the room is very big, with a balcony that we requested before we arrived. The cleaning has been exceptional every day with Perera doing a great job, including topping up all drinks in the mini bar, coffees and milk, snacks etc.
Entertainment: We have been out a few nights but the nights we have stayed in have been great in the hotel bar. Bar1 is very popular with live bands playing most nights and DJs. In the bar, 2 staff members come to mind Imran and Saju. Every night we've been there we've never had to wait for a drink and great snacks provided on each table throughout the night.
Summary: Overall as the title suggests this has been a great holiday made even better by the hotel, its amenities, and the exceptional staff and service. Would we come again ? Absolutely we would, and we definitely will be.
