Where is it

Located on the East Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, 700 metres from Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark, and a 20-minute drive from Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 45 minutes.

Half Board option: includes breakfast and guests are entitled to choose either lunch or dinner on a daily basis when staying on Half Board. Dine-around concept is available in 6 selected outlets mentioned below. On 31 Dec Half Board will be available for lunch only.

Rohit and the team at the Sofitel Palm Spa are wonderful. Rohit is kind and attentive Infact everyone working here provide wonderful service with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel totally relaxed in order to enjoy the experience

Love the hotel. 5 star service with amazing staff and facilities. 3rd time at this hotel and I love it. Will definitely be back. Luxury and great beach. Shout out all the staff and Sumith (housekeeping) for everything. Room always made up amazing and we'll stocked with water and refreshments. Thank you.

Just to clarify before I get started, this a review of only the brunch. The brunch was wonderful with lots of tasty international cusines, kid's options (for the little ones) and a vast bar. The service was amazing our primary waiter was Gusti (Indonesia) who was so polite, friendly and kind to the kids. At one point a magician even came over to say hi and show us a couple tricks which were as they usually are with magicians, mind-blowing! They did a special dance at one point and the whole room waved their napkins in the air and sung and danced. They also had great beverages for adults and younger ones and the staff were constantly there to keep the drinks flowing. The offer is simply splendid, with european, asian, middle eastern, amercian and so many more international bars to choose from. Highly recommend for kids. Operates from 1-4pm on a sunday only. Second time here in 2 years and love it. So nice and chilled, and a beautiful place to stay. Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough to help out. Special mention to Kennedy, who was part of the beach team who always greeted us with a smile and made sure our sun loungers were right and comfortable.
