A gem of a hotel, the spectacular Ritz-Carlton, Dubai has a wealth of amenities. Club One Bedroom Ocean Suites are located on higher floors, with Arabian sea views from the furnished balcony, separate living area, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).
Family Rooms consist of one bedroom with a king-size bed and the other within 2 queen-size beds, with two bathrooms and private balcony or patio offering partial sea views. Sleeps a maximum of 8 people (max 6 adults).

All of the team in the club lounge are absolutely fantastic, I wish could remember all of their names but to mention a few, Chandra, Sharu and Julian were brilliant but to be honest so was everyone. Our housekeepers, Trise and Mahesh were absolutely amazing, so pleasant and friendly and did a first class job every day. Around the pool Edi and Amwan did a great job. In fact everyone from check in to check out, concierge, the staff in the restaurants were all first class. The half board package was really good, we ate in the hotel mainly but did venture out a couple of nights which was great. We have been to Dubai many times and always stayed in Jumeirah properties but from now on we will be coming back to the Ritz Carlton, 10 out of 10.

There is so much to do in this hotel you wouldn’t even need to leave, we will defo be back for a more relaxing and hotel based holiday.
The room service and turndown services were exceptionally good, leaving personalised notes, messages and setting out clothes for your belongings.
Any food or drink we had was amazing, we had room service one night after the desert safari and it was the best burger I have had in a long time.
Amazing, clean friendly hotel will definitely be back again and highly recommend!
