First class hotel from the moment we arrived it was top tier service.
From the welcome, every department and staff in that department was excellent.
You sometimes encounter a negative sometimes in most situations, but honestly we didn’t in the 10 days we were there.
The restaurants were all welcoming and the food was 5 stars.

Especially the blue jade we loved the whole menu.
The pool guys especially Bhaskar,Sewan, Phillip and Jayesh were the most amazing guys always a smile and helpful nothing was too much. My husband has special needs and uses a wheelchair and they accommodated him every day going out of their way even bringing us a Late & pastries by the pool in the morning.
Even in the heat these guy’s kept a professional and high standards everyday.
The rooms are well presented and of a high standard, the beds are most comfortable I’ve slept in on vacation!
Room clean twice a day just amazing housekeeping. We will definitely come back when we are in Dubai again. The hotel was at almost capacity but didn’t feel it as it’s so spread out.
