The reservations team and Marco the manager went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. Marco had an amazing team, whom he managed extremely well. We stayed half board, both breakfast and dinner was superb. The quality of the service during dining was brilliant. Credit goes to all of the staff from the front desk, to the house keeping, the Maitre D, waiters and wet deck staff - Bhumi was a real gem! Thank you for the VIP services, and your help in booking our cabanas for us, this was really appreciated and valued. We all had an amazing stay, and will be return. Read less

Amazing experience. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea, pools and skyline. Al Harith who was i charge of the pools/beach area was fantastic. Breakfast, bar and Japanese restaurants were very nice.

We stayed here for the first time for a family birthday in November 2023 and I am now in love with this hotel. It’s without a doubt one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We booked two Marvellous suites and they are worth every penny. The rooms are enormous, glamorous and spectacular in every way. The balconies and views are beyond belief. The staff are absolutely excellent- the best service I have ever received in Dubai (possibly anywhere). Every single staff member throughout the hotel is attentive, helpful and has a genuine desire to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible, but without being over the top or intrusive in any way. This hotel and the service we received exceeded my expectations every day and in every way. It is rare to spend such a large amount of money on a hotel and feel as though it was exceptional value. In summary this is a very classy hotel - opulent but understated, extremely thoughtfully designed, with exceptional service throughout. I couldn’t fault anything and it has set a ridiculously high benchmark now for any future holidays. Without a doubt we will be returning, hopefully on an annual basis. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. A special mention to Roy at the Wet Deck who has a sixth sense as to what your needs are, and has already thought of what you want before you have. First of all, the splendor of the hotel was amazing and a great first impression. My wife and I arrived very late in the evening and the night receptionist was very helpful with our check-in. From there, every single staff member we came across during our 9 day stay was extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my handicapped and pregnant wife to make sure we would enjoy our stay fully. We were celebrating our first anniversary. We will definitely be returning to this hotel as the quality of the staff is what made our trip extremely memorable. They should be shown as an example of how to properly train your staff. I have over 20 years of experience within the hospitality industry and have travelled all over the world and I must say the staff at the W the Palm is by far the very best I have ever come across. The only negative comment we have is that the beach is not very handicap friendly as there is not a handicap bathroom nearby nor easily accessible. Raju from room service was the person we saw most as we ordered in many times and he was exceptional. I would also like to praise the housekeeping staff as they made sure to foresee any of our needs and even came back to check with us if the work was satisfactory and if we needed anything else. Tanvir was one of the first people we spoke to and he was also very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Visited this place for a day by the pool. The experience was amazing, we had burgers which were absolutely delicious and the cocktails were also very tasty. We had a very relaxing and pleasant time. The beach is literally a few seconds away from the pools. Also worth mentioning Chandra for the excellent service. Will definitely be back.
