Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to the International financial and convention centre and a 5-minute taxi ride to The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Transfer time from Dubai International Airport: 15 minutes.

Our 5-day stay at the Conrad Dubai was fully successful and met all our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located next to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. Beautiful, spacious lobby, where smiling Badawy serves delicious Arabic coffee with dates. Excellent service during check-in and check-out, helpful concierge. The hotel serves delicious, very varied breakfasts and has an excellent pool area with very friendly staff. Our room was located on the 42nd floor with a beautiful view of the sea, spacious, clean and always well prepared. Special thanks go to Prem from housekeeping, who took care of our room with an extraordinary attention to detail that is hard to find in other hotels. We also highly praise the executive lounge, where we had a nice time, served delicious sweets and snacks. Tomi from the lounge staff especially took care of us, but everyone was extremely nice and professional. Be sure to visit this hotel, because it's worth it! Read less

Badawi is very kind, warm-hearted service. Feeling at home. Location is good to go pretty centered to many sightseeing. December timing is good too having some Christmas decorations giving cozy feeling as well. Thank you

Fantastic hotel, couldn’t be better for access to the World Trade Center. Superb staff throughout. If you can, book the executive rooms with lounge access, it’s worth every penny. The lounge has free breakfast and evening meal and free drink happy hour between 6pm and 8pm. Francis, Roshani and Zanrica were an absolute credit to the hotel. Lovely pool (although you do lose the sun by about 4.30pm), well equipped 24hr gym and spa. Also several bars/restaurants in the hotel if you fancy something different. But to be honest the quality of the food in the executive lounge and the service was exceptional so we didn’t actually go anywhere else! Read less
