The check in was very smooth. The ambiance of the lobby was very pleasant the lobby smell was really good. We tried Arabic coffee and date it was great welcoming. Thanks Gamze for the great hospitality. Highly recommend 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

The Conrad is just off the very busy Sheik Zayed Road but once inside it is a world away from City outside. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the Spa and the Gym. The restaurant has more variety but the lounge is more cozy. We would particularly like to thank Zan from the club lounge who went out of her way (and I mean, out of her way) to make sure our stay was a great one as opposed to just good. Also like to thank the rest of the lounge team, Aika, Mareena, Hanan, Virgie, Hannah, Janinka, Roshni and the indomitable Mr Scheck. Excellent service, warm welcome, great location. The breakfast is incredible. The bed was so comfortable. The room was enough big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was available 24 hours . The price compared to the service was reasonable.
