Half-Board option: includes lunch or dinner at The Collective by Market Café restaurant (International buffet). For any other outlet at Grand Hyatt Dubai there is a set menu that can be consumed in any of the following 7 outlets: Andiamo, Panini, Sushi, Peppercrab, Wox, iZ, Awtar.

Half Board Dine Around option: includes lunch or dinner at The Collective by Market Café restaurant (International buffet). Resort Room Downtown View (39 sqm) with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (1 extra bed provided for children), sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Resort Family Rooms (44 sqm) have views of Dubai Creek with 1 king-size bed or 2 single beds (2 extra beds provided for children), sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Grand Deluxe Suites are larger and also offer resort benefits* with 2 king-size beds (2 extra beds provided for children, chargeable for adults), sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Dont' know if the new water park will adversely effect the Grand Hyatt or will be a breath of fresh air, However commenting on this visit, the loss of the Club rooms and it's replacement buffet " Half board plus" we have seen a reduction in quality and service.

Very nice hotel!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were professional and very helpful. Breakfast was provided and the service was impeccable, my son was impressed with the swimming pool and the cleanliness. Overall great place to stay.

This was our 4th time staying at Grand Hyatt Dubai. Words cannot describe our stay but I will try. Firstly a big thank you to Vinod (Restaurant Manager) He was exceptional to say the least, he was attentive to our needs, through our stay even if not food related, he helped! We were celebrating 3 of our children’s birthday whilst staying at Grand Hyatt Dubai and he made each of our daughters feel special on their special day. He went above and beyond for my brother and his daughter who are vegans to make sure they had ample choice. He made sure a big table for 7 of us were reserved for breakfast and dinner (not waiting for a table for even a second) He really made our hotel stay feel like home. We will be going back 2025 to check out the water park which I believe is opening March 2025. Thank you Vinod and team for your amazing service, we are forever thankful and grateful. We cannot wait to see you all next year. My 2 year old is already asking to go back! Also John (vehicle attendant) thank you for helping us get in and out of taxis, he saw we had shopping bags, a 2 year old and a pushchair and would run over when he saw us to help. Also Ryan (housekeeping) for dealing with our 2 year olds mess and helping us keep room immaculate and like Vinod making our stay easier also.
