The JW Marriott was first class experience as soon as you step out of your taxi. We were greeted by Vanket, who helped us with our luggage’s and made us feel like we were at home with his exceptional service and hospitality. We will be staying at the JW Marriott again when we’re back in Dubai. Thank you!

Frank was an amazing waiter and made my experience at the hotel a lot better. Would recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit dubai. Extremely good service and food. The ambience is also to die for, an extremely nice vibe and atmosphere

Venkat and Troy were very hospitable and kind. Would recommend hotel Taxis are always available outside Quite a busy hotel but overall an enjoyable stay. It’s conveniently located in the business bay so local restaurants and stores are easily accesible

All the staff were friendly and engaging, from Frank of the Bell staff to all the restaurant guys and girls 😁 Would be happy to stay again. Driving in Dubai on the other hand is not something I would plan to do again. Well worth a stop over if you have the time.

we had a dinner in kitchen 6 with my family i enjoy it to the person who serve us didn't get his name and the concierge name Pamela she is so nice and welcome us warmly. the food was of variety and we had a stomach full. special mention to arabic cuisine.
