Abid and Norman made us feel very special! They were so helpful! We will definitely recommend them! Norman was present the first day we got here and he was very sweet and made the process very easy! Abid made sure that our check out was seemless

The food for lunch is very good but the people who are working here are way better. Thank you so much Mr. Monier, Rozaldo and Choi. There service was excellent they are very helpful in all aspect. We are amaze with how busy the hotel and how smooth the operation.thank you so much he Marriott marquis we will be back again.

Absolutely incredible experience, this is one of my favourite hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at. I did have a slight issue with my room key which was quickly resolved by the great staff and Avtar who is in engineering. Thank you so much for your professionalism and attentiveness, I’m glad my company has chosen this hotel!

I stay in JW marriott Marquis with my Family and all was good except that we have to leave early I would like to thanks to Pamela Concierge she greet us with smile and make us feel welcome since it's our first time in Dubai, Definitely will come back again
