They gave us a new room after our first one was flooded and all were kind, generous and went out of their way to make our stay exceptionnal. From check in to check out, including room service, restaurants, spa and gym services; not a single stain to mention in spide of the storm. It is my first time here to stay in Jw Marriott Marquis the staff are very courteous and generous...anything you ask as long they will definitely provide it. I am very happy that I stayed in this hotel thank you Mr. Choi Monier and Ronaldo and thank you so much jw Marriott definitely I will comeback again
