The hotel

In an incredible location, Towers Rotana offers a wonderfully friendly base from which to explore your exciting surrounds. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms spacious and well equipped with all the home-from-home comforts you’d expect. The beach is only a hop and a skip away but a lovely place to while away an hour or two is the hotel’s own rooftop swimming pool, admiring views of Jumeirah Boulevard in-between dips. There’s also a fitness centre, boasting not just state-of-the-art equipment, but a sauna and steam rooms too, ideal for relaxing in after a busy day sightseeing. Hungry? EXCELLENT HOTEL.MR IBRAHIM AT CHECK-IN WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL. ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.WILL FOR SURE COME BACK AGAIN.WRAPS COFFEE SHOP IN THE LOBBY COULD HAVE A BETTER MENU.OTHERWISE NO ISSUES.

That said, housekeeping Naveen did an excellent job of keeping the room made up & refreshed daily with complimentary water, tea & coffee. We booked a smoking suite with lounge access; great for breakfast ( although limited choice) afternoon tea, sandwiches & refreshments , and then evening canapés/ small plates with alcohol included. Due to our time of arrival and departure we have paid for 2 days the room technically won't be used, disappointed with management's lack of discretion in reducing the cost of the room Read less
