A very nice hotel with everything you need to be comfortable and very clean. The hotel's services are suitable for the whole family, there are even bicycles available to visit the city. The buffet is very plentiful with a very pleasant staff. I thank Stanel, Doreen for their availability throughout the stay. Thanks a lot We’ll be back.

We celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in that time and had have wonderful and amazing holiday in the hotel Marriott Resort Palm. It was our first stay in this hotel and we stayed for 9 nights. Everything about this resort was excellent. Also the staff are amazing, they were very kindly and always helpful. If we had any questions, we were always assisted. Thank you Yasasi, for the time with you and all your help every time. Our room was excellent and comfortable. Also we need to used once the laundry. That was also no problem and we were very satisfied, that we could use that possibility. The Pool and the area was so nice and clean and services were great. Also the Club Lounge and team was so nice. And all the other restaurants was it always very nice. We loved it to have so much different restaurants in the near. The OKKU restaurant was for example a great experience for us. And also the staff there were patiently and explained us everything very good. But the Italian restaurant was really nice. But the restaurant Levantera was also very good. The breakfast was delicious. And the meals for the dinner was always varied. Also the dishes were varied every dinner. All the staff there were also always very kindly and helpful. We liked to remember here on Angelo and Thierry. At least we want to say “Thank you” Marriott and team! We were welcomed by the most polite reception team on arrival. Check in was swift and our luggage was sent to our room as soon as we arrived as if magic. The hotel has the most pleasant aroma when walking through the lobby which is just what you need after a long flight. The guest experience team were fantastic, they sent a suprise cake to my room for my birthday (which was delicious). The restaurant team and food was top class. Hats off to the pastry chef! Working throughout the night baking all the wonderful treats for the hotel guests. Iv definitely overindulged! Special thanks for Anil for making us feel so welcome, he has been an absolute pleasure throughout our stay and my kids love him! Soon as they see Anil they know it's time for ice-cream! Everything about this resort was excellent. The staff are amazing and truly take ownership in providing top tier service. In one occasion, we were assisted by David in relocating our room. David at the front service desk was very accommodating and kind and made our stay even better than it already started. In another occasion, my wife accidentally left her sunglasses in a taxi that dropped us back to the resort. Mehran, the assistant manager of loss prevention, and Anil, a front service representative went above and beyond by reviewing hours of camera footage to locate and contact the taxi driver. They ended up recovering my wife's Sunglasses in the same day. We did not expect them to put this effort into recovering the glasses. They were proactive and took complete initiative in doing so after we informed a staff member that we accidentally left the glasses. We also visited the Senor Pico restaurant on site and had Zoe as our server. Zoe was such a delight and was so warm and welcoming. On another note, one of the things that made this resort so convenient is the organized way that they have taxis available to guest immediately at all times. It made getting around the city so easy whenever we wanted. The resort itself and the staff have absolutely made our trip to Dubai amazing.
