Guest Room Pool View are located in the Villa building and feature a furnished balcony and 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Bay Club Sea Front Rooms with beach access are 45 sq m and are located on the ground floor offering direct beach access. Each room has 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Amazing stay at doubletree by Hilton , ras al khaimah . All the staff thankyou for the service. Amit , arogya ,Martin , madina , Amisha from bar . Kamal , swastika from Italian and French restaurant. Nassir from housekeeping and Prashanna from room dinning were great help . Won't forget this stay and will again come for stay .

Absolutely love this resort, travelled here three times and it won't be my last. I cannot complain everytime I have come I have really enjoyed it. The only thing I think would have made my stay much better is having entertainment to watch at night. I would highly recommend this hotel and not to miss out on an amazing experience. Housekeeping Alnisha she is very good also keep our room super clean and nasal always assist and ask if we need any thing or any help hotel was very nice and clean room is big and good food is delicious next year we will come back same hotel and I'll bring our friend as well

As this hotel is mainly made up of package holiday bookings, they need to address their check in facilities. We had to wait 6 hours in the lobby area until our room was ready. As this hotel is mainly made up of package holiday bookings, they need to address their check in facilities. We had to wait 6 hours in the lobby area until our room was ready. There was no decent changing facilities to help assist with making our 6 hour wait any easier. The reception is a big area but not enough seating meant that there was alot of people waiting for their rooms to be ready for hours. Having a few hotel rooms available to allow people to get changed would go a long way! We also had to forfeit our lunch on the check out day to eat some lunch when we arrived. All very odd. We also werent told that all inclusive wasnt actually all inclusive. There is ultra all inclusive which is an extra cost and is what I class as all inclusive. We secured our credit card behind the room so we could drink the better drinks and eat in the restaurants that werent included but did it ever work? No. When we got into our room, the power didnt work. Maintenance came up and sorted it. My partner put a plug in the socket which blew up causing a loud bang, damage to his plug, shock to him and all our power again was knocked out. The reception just were not bothered. No accident logged. No apology. No new plug. As we didnt want to wait for 10 hours from check out to our transfer as the facilities, we knew, were poor....we checked out 2 days earlier and went elsewhere. Best thing we did. The manager was confused by us checking out early....we tried to tell them about the check in/out facilities but they werent bothered. Restaurant/Hospitality staff were amazing throughout. If I could rate just them, it would be 5/5. Management and Reception Team need some work. This could easily be a 5 star hotel but it needs some work.... Read less
