Firstly, this is a lovely modern hotel, our room was very clean, however, the food is atrocious, it is like eating in a busy canteen, all of the food is buffet style and not covered, guests allow their children to run around screaming to the point it is deafening and not a pleasant experience, on the beach and outdoor areas, it seemed every guest was a chain smoker, there was no where to get away from it, and they spoke to the staff appallingly, manners cost nothing. Then the loud music starts for the pool exercise class about 11.30am. Their are too many rules, as an adult you feel like you are being treated like a child and cannot be trusted with a glass in the hotel reception area to walk 10 yards to the canteen/restaurant with out smashing it, so have to put your drink into a paper cup, to then have it put back into a glass. I will give the staff 5 stars though, the bar staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and kind, their English isn't great, but they really want to do the best for you, Habiba and a lovely young girl from Peru, I hope she received the tip I left her, looked after us amazingly in the restaurant and Habiba even got the chef to cook us something different as we were bored with what was on offer every night. I do think that people should take control of their children and not allow them to make so much noise all of the time, its inconsiderate and unnecessary.
